Most of the front staff pleasant except one woman was not polite. Housekeeping removed a personal item from one of the bathrooms. My sister was upset!! Harland was nice and did give a credit on my card for the inconvenice. The TV did not work most of the time and the price of the room was efinitely over priced. Would not recommend to any of our friends.

Clean, very close to town center, enjoyed the view from our room. Nice little kitchenette, refrigerator. Parking lot next to the entrance

Whole process was great! Accommodations were top notch and staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Wondering why they put someone in the room right next to ours when there were many other rooms available.

The location is great for walking to downtown Lake Geneva. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna

ROKU TELEVISION IS TERRIBLE!! It lags, so picture and voice are off. NO GOOD FREE SELECTIONS. Sometimes you just want UPDATED NEWS while you are on vacation, and we don't mean the crap on Fox or Oan.

Great location.

The first night we were kept up by some people who talked loud next door. Thank God the desk clerk told us they were leaving the next day. Otherwise, we would have requested a room change.

No coffee or breakfast

The lakefront view and walk ability to downtown shops, restaurants and entertainment. Hotel seemed clean and liked pool area.

Did not have a door to open on the front of facility when leaving or returning from walk. Front doors locked and had to walk out of the way to go either up or down parking lot hill to enter or exit by front desk.

The room was a nice size and we really liked the bed and pillows. Overall it was decent for the money. The location was awesome. We walked downtown every day and never moved the car from the parking lot. It was quiet at night and felt secure. We didn’t use the balcony nor the pool but the whirlpool was good. Very relaxing.

The hotel felt slightly neglected, like they can’t keep up with maintaining the appearance. It looks kind of dated.

I don’t think this location provided breakfast. I liked the size of the room and the convenient parking.

On the 3rd floor, where I stayed, the elevator down button did not work. Sometimes I could get the elevator, by pushing the up button. But this did not always seem reliable. So by the third day I gave up on taking the elevator down and just took the stairs.

The location was wonderful! It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the path to walk by the lake. The size of the room was very spacious and comfortable. The jetted tub was very nice as well.The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Bella Vista Suites wasn't very busy the night we stayed. However, it seemed as though everyone staying were all staying in one section of the building. We woke up to people around us waking early as well as people around us staying up late, which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom had a huge orange spot on the ceiling, as well as the bathtub had a section where it needed repair. The decorations and some of the furniture were a bit dated. These didn't affect the comfort of our stay, they were primarily cosmetic.

The location was great and my lake views were awesome.

The front desk staff at check-in was not welcoming and I requested that someone should put salt down for safety and she " I don't do THAT "....OK! I was asking her to do it, but she didn't even call anyone else that did handle that. She was just trying to get back to her food. My room was ok,but I up graded my room which had NO ROPES AND ASH TRAY ON THE BACONEY WAS FULL OF CIGARETTE BUTTS, so I had to go back and get ROPES and clean up before I could relax 🙃. But afterwards we ended our stay.

Our suite was comfortable and quite large. The balcony would have been great in the summer.

It’s a bit dated, but that’s not a major issue at all.
