Hiring more people like The property Manager who saved this whole ordeal and made our stay so pleasant and always available to handle any situation.Mr Edward was so professional even in his off time and the best part ever was he did what he said would be done and allowed us to sleep with peace knowing we were getting our money worth in service. I’ve stayed in a lot of motels and hotels but he made it worth every penny and some. He made our stay count and that goes a long way with me and I would do it all over again for this kinda service!!! If I return to this property and he was not here I would look at my options of places to stay because he made this one a memorable one for me and my family and that’s hard to find these days in our time . So that’s why I wrote this in this section because I wish you had more people in the world like this gentleman who made a rough situation into a fairytale come true!!!! Brian Cheevis

The excessive smell of Marijuana in the hall and the breakfast really sucked

staff was great, room was clean and nice, breakfast was adequate.

my particular mattress was saggy in the middle, making it hard to sleep. other guests traveling with me had no complaints.

The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful.

The entire building reeked of cigarettes and we were racially profiled and accused of smoking in the hotel when that is the way it smelled prior to my groups arrival we were also barely in the hotel room as we were doing constant activities. With no proof, the hotel decided to withhold my deposit from me. There was also no breakfast when we woke up early, there were only cereal and muffins there, not any REAL food.

Entire hotel smell like weed, few lamps were not working, hotel room picture shows carpet on floor although it was vinyl

Poor breakfast every morning I was offered brown flakes with cup cake, and I stayed for 10 days and it was the same breakfast offered everyday.

the property was very disappointing and I am more shocked at booking.com’s rating of the property. I had booked a room for 2 adults and a kid with a sofa bed. the sofa bed was filthy, broken and not sleepable. springs protruding from the mattress. we all had to sleep on one bed. very bad experiences

hotel was dirty. elevator was not working and I had to carry the luggage myself with my wife and little daughter. sofa bed was filthy, broken and damaged. carpets were very dirty. etc etc. this facility should not even be be rated 1 star

there is no order ppl stay up late making noise
