Location, the pool was nice.

Our room was dirty when we checked in, we had to wait until the morning until it was cleaned. I got a used dirty eyelash stuck to my foot when walking around the room, and there was a dirty rolled up sock and used comb on the floor.

The breakfast was average.

The cost did not match the comfort I got.

On the last night the lift broke and we had a 3.00 am departure we are both Seniors with spinal and shoulder injuries and past surgery and had to carry our luggage down 3 flight of stairs. we are still very sore from this ordeal. The night manager said there was no one to fix it and he pass us and didn’t even offer to help. I strongly feel we should be compensated with a refund. My credit card has also been doubled charged $72 and $58 (twice) please explain.

Breakfast was very good and a lot to choose from. The room was clean, but the beds were very hard to sleep on.

One of the staff members that works in the front desk during the morning shift, is not very friendly. If you ask a question that she does not like, you get attitude from the attendant. The main door to the hotel entrance did not work for half of one day. There was a sign on the door. There are people that could not go around to the other side of the hotel to enter. They should have found a way to keep the door open.

Loved breakfast and the overnight staff when we checked in was awesome!

We booked two rooms at the hotel. We were looking for a wheelchair accessible room for my in-laws. My MIL said the room was better than their senior living apartment. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The rooms are also very quiet. Walking through the building, you can see how much pride the staff have in their jobs. Keep up the good work.

We stayed overnight to break up a long drive, and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-appointed - an excellent value. Hot breakfast was included and filled our bellies before resuming our drive. we would definitely stay here again.

Our concern for plastic pollution is truly our only negative comment about this hotel - it was highly noticeable at breakfast: single use plastic utensils, individual plastic cups for coffee creamers, butter, syrup, etc. leading to excessive amounts of trash. This could easily be remedied by using carafes of milk and creamer for coffee, metal utensils, paper-wrapped pats of butter, and syrup in refillable containers. A small change that would drastically reduce the amount of plastics produced and thrown away.

The location is excellent, a quiet spot back off the main roads.

Room 130 was disappointing because the heat/airconditioning unit was very noisy. The bed on the left side was not firm at all. I was spoiled when I stayed here one time before. During that stay I was on the second floor and everything about that stay was excellent.
