The scrambled eggs were fluffy and the bacon was perfectly cooked.
The omelet was kind of dry and flavorless.

There was no working elevator. Cleaning supplies were left out in halls. Doors to facility rooms left open. Overall shabby.

And yes, they did have their famous cinnamon rolls. However...
We arrived, and the hotel was undergoing remodeling in the front lobby and breakfast area. The front desk clerk was not pleasant, nor did she explain the mess. I would have expected an apology or a small discount for the inconvenience.

Construction going on everywhere which we weren’t warned about. Drinks and tools going until at least 7pm. Pool very cold- too cold to swim in.

We booked a suite for 6 people and they were remodeling so they didn’t have any suites.
They gave us a normal 2 queen bed room. I’m sure that room would have been cheaper then the suite I booked but they didn’t offer any refund at all. But they did give us 2 rolling beds it was just cramped for 6

first it was under construction which was not posted online when I booked the room, there was No where to sit except the bed. The shower leaked and water was all over the floor when you we’re done. The air conditioner was really loud.

Location
The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby so it was loud and Dusty. However, we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. We went to pool and it was freezing and the clerk didn't know how to turn on heater. And no efforts were made to figure it out. So pool was available only if you could tolerate the cold water.

Paying full price when building was being remodeled. Our room was not complete, the hot tub and pool were not operational. Yet it was the most I have ever paid for a room.

The room was large and clean. It will be very nice after the renovations are completed.
The hotel room was still under construction. They did not have all furniture in the room. One of my children had to sleep on the floor and we were provided extra blankets that had pee stains on them. I feel the room should not have been rented to us if it was not 100% ready.

Staff were nice and helpful, they provided a crib. The hotel is easy to access from the freeway. It was clean and had everything we needed.
The beds were both absolutely lumpy and uncomfortable as well as loud. And the people above us stomped around from 2 am until 6am when we finally decided just to get up and get going.

nice sitting area in my room. we were visiting our cousin, so it was nice to have a sofa and front room feel to sit and visit.
exercise room is poorly maintained. most of the equipment was not working right.
