Location was good as it was close to my family. I did not get to have the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There were no downsides, it was a very typical Hampton Inn.

Ample free parking. Fresh ice water available in the lobby for free. Desk was manned at all times. Was at least one restaurant and one convenience store within walking distance.
Carpet was dirty, facilities were dirty, furniture was old and dusty. Place smelled like cigarettes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, great location, hotel near restaurants & gas stations, right off the highway. Breakfast was nice.
Maybe it could be a little cheaper in price.

We checked out shortly after we arrived. The woman at the front desk was not the friendliest.
We picked that place because it had a pool and hot tub. The pool was full of algae and hair. The hottub was out of order. We got a different hotel and we're much happier.

the location is great and the beds are comfortable .Nice breakfast and most of the staff were great
it wasn’t clean. we spilled some water in bathroom and grabbed a towel to wipe it up and the floor was dirty so towel was really dirty. And the fact they don’t do daily cleaning and empty garbage and gather up wet towels is disgusting . Our carpet didn’t look clean either

You Booking messed up my stay. Then when I did get a room it was a double room with a brick wall as my view and no AC. IT WAS 80 IN ROOM ALL NIGHT.. I will never book thru this company again. I already canceled my next trip thru you.

the location was easy access from interstate
we ended up changing rooms because of the amount of noise from room above us and everywhere smelled of cigarette smoke. was in NO WAY up to a Hampton standard

they were very friendly, accommodating to let us meet our needs with our wedding. they let us get ready. staff was amazing!!!

This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. It is a standard hotel, clean. The front desk staff are friendly. We had coffee at the Raven Cafe in town the next morning. I highly recommend that cafe!
