No good channels on TV, window screen torn so couldn't open due to bugs flying in.

Property very Dated. Musty smelling, A/C unit noisy and barely operational. People lingering outside at late hours, did not feel secure in room and/or property in our vehicle so hauled everything into our room.

Extremely disappointed. We found numerous bugs in the room . We left at 3 am .and before we left I have the night manager a collection of bugs that I put in 1 cup.they where still alive . Her reaction was she did not care . Did not offer me a refund

Peaceful, quiet and the ability to come and go was very convenient and easy. It is definitely the best motel in the 3 surrounding towns, and the price is equivalent to a motel 6 yet it is much finer than any motel 6!

Unable to check in until 1:30pm (yet that is still much better than most which is 3pm), and pets are not allowed (however I have a service canine, which was allowed).

My Reservation was canceled via booking.com without my permission even though I sent a message to Hotel via Booking app stating I would be arriving late and was willing to pay the extra day. They booked me outside the app at a discounted rate for the headache, but the accommodations were horrid. Staff was lovely though.

I had to stay at a different hotel. There was NO WAY my niece and I would have stayed in this establishment!!!

Location was convenient. Front desk staff was friendly. Hotel property nice and clean.

Bathroom door did not close (didn't even have a latch part of the doorknob). Bathroom door swollen from moisture. Fan in bathroom broken, literally hanging from the wall. Booked this hotel because we stayed her in 2019 and the room was good and the on-site restaurant was great. Both booking.com and the hotel's website still advertise on-site restaurant, but unfortunately the Bronx Eatery has clearly been closed for some time.

Smell of cigarettes in the lobby and entrance of hotel, people where smoking outside

The location is good. The gentleman at the desk is nice.

The parking lot is dirty, the carpeting looks scary, I had to go & buy air freshener to get rid of the musty smell.

I didn’t get the breakfast. The hotel was easy to get to.

The room smelled terrible. Like body odor and old pee. The head of the bed is lower than the front. The woman that checked me in at night was not welcoming. I could have used that after traveling for 12 hours. Missing two planes and up at 8 am cst in texas and didn’t get to the hotel until 2:30 am pt. The room was run down and not well put together. Walls were scuffed. Carpet doesn’t compliment the bedding. Repair on walls not complete.
