I rented a 2 bedroom suite, one room yo have one king bed and the other two queen beds. Got to the hotel and they rudely explained that they really don’t have that and said we could just use a pull out sofa. Rude staff. Filthy conditions.

Property was in disarray. Could not adjust thermostat. Parking hampered by construction, containers and debris. Overcharged for this.

The location of both the room and hotel were good.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Our room was not ready until about 4:45pm and our event was at 5:30, making the experience a little more frantic. Also, the hotel was undergoing a renovation and that was not mentioned during booking. Lastly, their breakfast was anything but. Only bread products and yogurt/juice.

The room seemed to be refinished with new furnishings/beds, carpet. Beds were very comfortable.

No hot breakfast; juices. There was an odd, off-putting sewer or trash smell in our room in the evening time—very strange. Not sure what that was about, but nonetheless, it was unpleasant. Need to do better on cleaning up after construction, as there was construction debris/dust all over our room.

first room shower head didn’t work, moved rooms, next room shower head working but is leaking profusely and should be fixed before too it becomes a major issue, no breakfast due to construction ( judging by the leaking shower head in the new room) contractors are sub par. this was a suite, I expected more for the Monday.

Staff was amazing, it was clean and adequately represented on-line.

We were supposed to have breakfast included but it was under renovations (which was not disruptive, noisy or an inconvenience). They had several choices of frozen things but was not what we anticipated.

The locations was great. Clean room and beds were comfortable

We could not get the curtains to close and their was too much light in our room and we didn't slee well.

Bed was good

It was being renovated and no breakfast was served. Bar was closed. Room wasn’t in great shape and there was a dirty shirt in dresser drawer.

This property is disgusting. I could not stay in the room that was assigned to me.

I didn't like the fact that they allowed someone else to check into my room using my reservation. I didn't like the fact that we had no running water. We couldn't flush the toilet, shower, bathe, etc.. This was the worst stay we have had. We were told we would receive a full refund and still have not received a full refund. The GM , ANGELA PARIS, referred us to booking.com.. Booking.com referred us back to Angela Paris. The only way to reach her is by email.
