Nada sinceramente q mala atención desde que entramos hasta nos quedamos trancados en el ascensor y servicio muy pésimo rente 3 habitaciones y 2 sucias camas en el suelo aparte tenía mal olor de lo peor

the location isn’t bad.
1) the staff is rude. i’ve stayed here twice and both times the people at the front desk have been disrespectful. 2) it’s the dirtiest hotel i’ve ever been to, if u don’t constantly have shoes or socks on ur feet literally stick to the carpet. there were holes all over the walls and doors in the hotel room i stayed in, the tile floors were so broken that one tile by the toilet was sticking out of the floor and cut my toe open when i was going to get in the shower but of course the staff didn’t care about that! 3) my boyfriend and I got into an argument and they kicked him out threatening to call the police on him simply for us arguing then refused to give me a refund for the next day since I had paid in advance then said i was “lucky” to even get my deposit back. everything about this place is terrible.

The location is great and staff were friendly.
The room I was in smelled bad. We only their for a couples days so I have to handles and air fresher to not down the smell. Also saw a few roaches. Room were a Littles round down especially for what we paided. Breakfast didn't consist of much more than waffles and milk every was also disappointing. Probably won't book this hotel again.

Please for the love of God do not stay here it is absolutely the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in my entire life and I can't believe that booking.com is even associated with this place. BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! The rooms are Beyond filthy and disgusting stains on the walls stains on the furniture stains on the bed sheets and towels. The entire establishment smells of cigarette smoke and crack. There are tons of homeless people outside and trash strewn everywhere. The front receptionist who is a morbidly obese whale does not know the first thing about customer service nor does she care . The worst part is all these travel apps no that this establishment is terrible and beyond that but still continue to endorse it and then when their customers have horrible experiences and leave they refuse to give them a refund and absolute shame of Motel 8 and especially booking.com who I have spent thousands of dollars on their app and will never ever use it again.

it was close to where we needed to be.
the room was filthy nasty, the floor felt grimy and the room had a horrible musky smell. the blanket that was on one of the beds had a fake eyelash still stuck to it.

We most definitely love y'all's facilities. They are so nice & sweet to everyone that walks in Super 8🥰
I didn't like that the TV was not working for us for two days. One of y'all's facilities gave us another remote to see if that would help.But it didn't so we couldn't look at TV. Also our shower was stopped up to where we couldn't really take a decent bath or shower cause it was stopped up real bad.

I didn't like the motel rooms that we were in 238 the toilet wouldn't flush it was very cold had the heat on 72 coffee pot had thick Grease inside when you put the water then like garlic butter nasty and I had a hard time getting my money back they didn't want us to leave never go back again not there

everything put me in a room broken bed. then put me in a room with no heat. then another room with dirty pillow case. I had to go to Mr car to get my throw blankets. toilet was leaning and tile on bathroom floor was coming up. Above the shower ceiling was falling in. The Chair needed to be put in the trash.
