Location is amazing, the beds were comfy, it was relatively quiet during the week given the area, the staff were helpful and nice.

The wifi was not great in my room, the breakfast was sometimes put away early or there weren't any pastries available. Very sporadic but it was nice that there was always an oat milk option.

Loved the staff, the smell of the lobby, cleanliness overall, minimalist design, cute touches via whether it was the shampoo and hand soap to the black towel for removing makeup and even the ceramic drinking cups. 10/10 recommend.

Great location within walking distance of all attractions. Close to Pike’s Place but just far enough away to be a little less busy. Easy to find, available street parking, clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. Complimentary breakfast was excellent! Delicious baked goods from a nearby local bakery. Definitely a good value.

Rooms were simple , almost to the extreme. Could use some lamps with softer lighting.

Close to pier for early morning departure on Victoria Clipper. convenient to downtown attractions like the market and sculpture park

not a big issue for us but definitely stairs. room was tiny for sure. more concerning was glass shower with views from room. not a lot of privacy which may not matter to some.

The rooms were great despite some not enjoying ensuite bathrooms. The guest bathrooms were excellent. Comfortable beds and we'll equipped Ros.

There was no lift! One had to climb long steep stairways between floors. Not suitable for handicapped customers.

The hotel was everything we expected and more. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a perfect location to restaurants and attractions

There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. It does not have an elevator but we knew that before we checked in and it was not a problem for us.
