Cleanliness is suspect. The Wi-Fi does not work at.all. Again, there is no Wi-Fi. Also, you also probably won’t have cell reception. This may be a good thing,

Kenny’s is on the quieter side of Montauk —in Montauk Harbor, and we were there in the off season, so it was very peaceful. It was very clean and the decor of the room was modern, neutral without being cold. Comfortable temperature in the room and shower was great! A good variety of restaurants just a short drive away.
Little in the way of soundproofing and could do with some blackout shades.

My only complaint would be the ice machine was overflowing and made the outdoor carpet wet.

I loved the pool, my son was happy playing. Very convenient location. I loved that we had microwave and fridge in the room, useful when traveling with a kid.
I saw hair in the bathroom when we checked in. And the room wasn’t cleaned once in a 3 days. We didn’t know we supposed to take out garbage ourselves and we got ants in the end of the stay.

Second thing stuff should’ve mentioned about parking permits for the beach, I wasn’t aware that I have to have a permit and that they have it. So I got $150 ticket at the Ditch beach.

The property was a nice size and seemed
To be kept well maintained.
The stairs going up to the 2nd floor definitely need to be either fixed or replaced. You can tell the staircase is leaning.

The Tippenary Inn offers a nice affordable stay close to the center of town. We found the bed comfortable, especially the pillows. My boyfriend grew up going to Montauk every summer. This was my first time there. He found the facilities of the place great. I have nothing to compare them to in Montauk so I'm going by what he told me; that the place was nice and close to everything. Attention and customer service were nice as well.
No breakfast included, and no kitchenette in our room. I guess I'm just used to being able to book nice lodging that includes breakfast, in very nice towns and cities around the world. The beach is ok. The waves can be rough. In my opinion, the entire town is overpriced for what they offer.

Pool area was outstanding
The windows were frosted and not able to open them for outside air. Too much light crept in at night because of the windows having no shades.

The pool was right outside of the room which we really liked and staff seemed friendly
The AC unit was only in the living room area and the 2 bedrooms had no fan or AC. The room was also extremely outdated, nothing like the photos looked online. I guess if you’re staying there just for fishing it’s fine, but as a family weekend getaway, it was subpar. Oh and we found many ants in the room, one of which I saw crawling on my baby as he napped in his pack n play! The guests above us were also extremely loud all hours of the day/night and sounded like they were moving furniture around and doing Olympic workouts middle of the night. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also closed and supposedly the owners just left it and never returned ?? Idk why the signs are still up saying their specials and the website still says guests can order food but it’s NOT open which was a disappointment

The property is great and the rooms are spacious and perfect for a getaway.
The managers/owners of the property were not very welcoming. When I checked out they were quite rude. The cost for the night we stayed was extremely expensive.

Upon arrival, the toilet was not clean. The police cars on the property. We didn't feel safe, and my 6 year old son was worried.

Clean, neat, location
The sound insulation is bad. We can clearly hear the move, talk, bathroom and shower of the residents upstairs, which starts from 6:50am in the morning. It made me hard to get asleep.
