Location to venue and rate

I got in at 10pm and there were very sketchy people hanging outside. Remodeling so a bunch of furniture and debris was dumped outside. There was a damp, dirty smell throughout the hallways. Staff was not very friendly. I couldn't wait to get out of there and go home and shower. I felt dirty after being there.

Front desk staff was GREAT and hotel was clean….

Tried 6 different keys and none would open the door…. Front desk had to keep opening the door

Very comfortable. Nice thick towels. Breakfast was good

Hall rugs were awful. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The staff was nice and helpful.

the property is very dated and the neighborhood looks a bit iffy.

It was good But think you should open earlier on the wekends

the heater was to noisy and there was some kind of fight right outside our door at 2 in the AM also you charged my credit card $4.50 for something. I paid cash for my room. So what's up with that?

I had a suite which made it alot easier since we were traveling with my family and had young kinds that needed room to play

There were roaches in the room. And the smoke detector keep going off.

Breakfast was impressive and so was the wait staff person in the Breakfast Room. He is very efficient and upbeat. He is a very genuinely a kind man.

NO FOX NEWS CHANNEL! If you can have CNN on two channels and NBC on three, you can have FOX News on one channel. Until this is corrected and censorship ceases, I will not be staying at any La Quinta Hotels.

The breakfast was very good. The little welcome bag was right on spot.

Need an upgrade on the pillows they are to small for the bed and comfort. Need safety bars and removable shower heads in the tub.

Breakfast was good. The facility was clean, the coffee good, and there was actually protein offered with the continental breakfast.

The shower control didn't function correctly, it seemed broken although it could still be used. The tub itself was very slick.

Some furniture was missing from out room. We needed another chair.

heat was not working in one part of my king suite, it was only blowing cold air. I had to sleep in my hoodie. I complained at the front desk in the morning and I was offered another room. The new room had buckled floor tiles and a couple of dead cockaroaches near the night table by the bed. Needless to say, I remained in my original room. I requested an additional blanket. The front desk didn't offer to have maintenance staff address the malfunctioning heating unit at all on Saturday, so when I returned from my daughter's wedding the problem was still evident when I opened the room door. In addition, I had a second room for my sister and nephew with 2 queen size beds, the room had to be changed shortly after we arrived on Friday because of COCKAROACHES in her room.
