The mattress for the bed was thin and not as comfortable as anticipated. Bed frame was noisy.

staff, breakfast was blah, and had difficulty with checking in, too expensive for what you received. We were trying to use a diffuser credit card when checking in and the staff didn’t know how to do that. They kept charging to the original card which wouldn’t work. We were locked out of our room and was not told about it until we tried to get in our room. The staff kept using the card that was on the booking instead of the new card we gave them at checkin. Will not be using booking.com - too many issues with being charged before the stay.

location is great right in town so you can walk to lots of places. The second day breakfast was great. Staff was very nice and friendly! coffee was great!

bathroom could use a bet better lighting. The bathroom sink drained very slow. better coffee in the room.

When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, the woman working the desk was pleasant and kind. She told us that she was new. The man working with her was extremely rude to her in front of us for no reason. Belittling her and it made us feel uncomfortable.

The room was large and had a couch. The bathroom was easy to get around in. There is a walk in shower. There is a step so you can't roll you chair in but the step isn't high. I absolutely love the firepit. And the staff was great.

The bed was too hard so I didn't sleep great. I wanted a balcony but when i upgraded I thought I getting balcony but wasn't. The hotel couldn't change anything because booked through booking. But then I found out the balcony rooms aren't handicap accessible, so they would have been more difficult for me to get around in. My view was of trucks backed up right at the window of our room.

The breakfast was very good with a wide selection. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room had warm water bit no hot water. The warm water was warm enough to bathe. So please, some hot water. There was a clunking sound when the toilet was flushed. The room in question was room 200.
