The previous stays years ago
Well to start off I would like to say upon booking my room the details I booked and then the room I received were completely separate and I had to move rooms after settling into one after driving a long evening and then turnaround. Go-to front desk and move into a still not the room in which I had requested and paid for already!!
Then I had asked that they keep my staying there anonymous because of the fact that I had a stalker.
Only to my dismay , after just laying down the room rings and hangs up then again I found it odd aso I call front desk to find out they told stalker my room number and also he'd been put thru twice and the reason was because he had an emergency . Which really bothered me scared me and forced me to pack up and immediately leave the premises I think it's a shame and I can't believe that I spent almostv300 to have to leave and all the other things too. Very disappointed .

Very good accommodations and thr restaurant staff was especially customer oriented. We also appreciated checking in 30 minutes early.
No complaints it was a pleasant experience

The bed and pillows were hard as the parking lot. Breakfast was not included. To have music in the room was $10 a day.

The two young ladies that greet me and daughter was so nice and pleasant. They even give us cookies and water for our stay . That’s the first time I actually got nice soft cookies from this hotel. And I have visited this property several times before. But they went the extra mile for my daughter bc of her peanut allergies they gave her a nut free cookie / Vegan . That was nice of them .
I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have any towels for us wen went out too the pool area . They said laundry was not done and they were washing them up . But this was like four o’clock in the day in a weekend. So we had use our towels from the bedroom for the pool. That was not right bc we needed them for after our shower. I didn’t like that at all .

There weren’t many good restaurants or attractions close to the hotel

The bed linens were clean and the bed its self was comfortable.
The facility was old. There was rust and mold in the bathroom. Dust and stains on the furniture and carpet.

the hotel was great to us because we made our reservation thru booking.com and had a confirmation but we had no room! this the second time this has happened with me. we had a major event in both lodging and booking.com left us without a room. please note someone else also was at the desk and booked thru booking.com and they also had no room.

they gave me the complimentary card but I missed it closed 730 but the card didn’t say that particular bar was going to be closed. they have two. the heat didn’t work in my room there was a part of the carpet separated from the floor and I almost cut my foot there also the. maintenance said it was freezing it took over six hours before it was fixed but it still wasn’t hot it was warm I already had a cold and it was raining before

Bathroom tub in one bedroom looks like mold. We had two rooms we all had to use one Bathroom that was clean and looks good. Very uncomfortable for the money we spent..was

The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the hotel was great. That all starts with the customer service. They were amazing and friendly.
No trash can in the room.

The checking in and the staff were friendly.
There was no heat in the room. They changed us to another room and that room did not have heat either. Then the guy comes and brings a new system and worked on it while we were in the room. Watching tv and all. After all the mixing up I just wanted to go home and would have if we did not stay so far away. They did not even apologize, and the next morning said we only can take $50 off. I was not satisfied at all. I will be calling corporate.
