That I couldn’t stay longer

Location and the beds were okay

Where where to start. He didn't work first off. Took a roach to the front desk the first night. The people in the Next Room were making so much noise the light fell down from the ceiling. He said he would talk to them but that never happened the next day was even worse. The hot water in the shower didn't work. The front desk didn't even offer to help or have somebody come look. And then when I told the front desk about it when I was checking out she tried to make me look like a fool by calling me back and telling me that the maid said the water was fine. Well if that was the case why didn't the man help me the night before. It was a miserable stay I've stayed there plenty of times numerous times. But I won't be back.

Decent property, nice landscaping, well kept.

Ice machines only located on bottom floor. Restroom area is tiny-toilet and shower literally on top of each other. One of the appliances hummed very loudly non-stop.

I've stayed at this facility many many times. I like the location. Every other time the staff has been more than helpful.

First off key wouldn't work. 2nd of all the neighbors were making so much noise the light fell down from the ceiling. Next I had to kill a roach walking across the floor which I took in a Kleenex to the man in the office. All he was worried about was checking the book when the last time the Exterminator came. I asked him for another room he says I don't have one. The next night I tried for 15 minutes twice to get hot water call the office and asked him for help and he all he said was we don't have problems with the hot water. Didn't didn't offer to walk to the room to see if he could assist me or send somebody there. And why in the world they put me in a handicapped room I have no idea. I will be finding a new hotel for when I come to visit family. Which is a shame when I've been doing business with this establishment for some time. I'm asking for at least a partial refund. But that probably won't happen. Seems like to me if you wanted to keep repeat customers you might consider it. By the way is it sanitary for the front desk man to walk around barefooted?

the front desk person (Jerry) made several inappropriate comments to me. asked why I was staying and told him my husband has been down here for a month and my daughter and I came to see him and then he proceeded to comment on saying something about us “getting it on like honeymoon night” the beds were damp and the floors were sticky.

Breakfast was wonderful!
