Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast included in price. No extra cost to park. Location is very close to medical appointments.

someone opened our locked door at 4am. if the top lock wasn’t locked who knows what could’ve happened.

Comfortable beds, pillows, and great cable. Location is the best as always is right in the center of what we came for. Being on the 5th floor was great! Great views.

The second elevator wasn't working. The breakfast could have more options. Also the doors downstairs are left unlocked. Anybody can walk right in the lobby area, there are card readers at the doors but are not working. Didn't see the security guard on duty this time, not sure if they still have security services. Also the parking area can be cleaned up, and trash cans are not kept up. Saw broken glass in the parking area. The rug towards the exit is bent edge and my wife almost tripped that can be a liability. Love this place but it does need a manager addressing these issues and staying on them.

The Parfums which used in the hotl was horrible,, it is better to change it.

The carpet in the bedrooms were filthy. You could not walk barefoot because your feet turned black and sticky. I asked to have it cleaned and was told there wasn’t time to clean the carpet.

Our toilet wasn't working. They offered to move us to another room but as we were going out we opted to stay. It was repaired on our return. All staff is very friendly and helpful.

The price and how much it fluctuates from day to day and week to week. We stay there because of having treatment at MD Anderson. Everytime I try to book the rooms are always a different price. Would prefer more consistency.

It is convenient if you are from out of town and coming in for a dr visit and they have food delivery services that will deliver to your room.

I’m disabled and was so happy to see the lift in an out of the pool and it wasn’t working so I couldn’t enjoy the pool or jacuzzi, one of my main reason to book the room. The elevator at the back entrance by the pool area has something wrong with it when it reaches the sixth floor, I thought we were going to be trapped or fall. very scary. my room smelled of stale cigarettes!

There is nothing to like. this place is terrible.

when I arrived, my room was not cleaned whatsoever. had to go back downstairs to request another room. receptionist did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. we had people smoking on our floor, we complained and nothing was done about it.
