Rooms were bigger then expected.

Took a long time to check in & mini fidge didn't work at all.

Dry eggs and no other options. No sausage or bacon is served due to need to save on costs. Poorest quality inn I have ever seen.

Cleaner room. Decent pillows, a table and chair in room, clean towels, a door that is not broken from being kicked in. Bugs all over. Etc.

There pool was super dirty the water was black green

Location, good air conditioner and the nice lady at the front desk.

- Once there, I was “invited” to pay a $50 deposit (not optional), in addition to the room rate…… When checking out, after inspecting my room for damages, I got back that cash. NOT OPTIONAL = FORCED. 🤷🏼‍♂️ - Poor building conditions (all kind of damages). Poor furniture. - Not clean enough. It’s ok to stay there is there is not other option.

The tub stoppers kept going down and stopping up the tub on their own while showering. Also, could've used more items out for breakfast.

Friendly team and a warm welcome. Good sized room, comfy bed, proper bathroom with tub, good aircon and quiet. Good range of breakfast options including hot and cold cereals, fruit juices, waffles, scrambled eggs, yoghurts, bread with a toaster, plenty of fresh coffee. Great location for shopping mall, Seminole Canyon State Park and other trails. We had planned to stay for two nights but ended up staying for five nights.

The breakfast was good and the room was good too. The room was bigger than the one I stayed at I San Antonio,and that one was a timeshare.

There was nothing in close walking distance at night, such as restaurants and other establishments.

The sink was dirty, it had hairs all over. The towels and pillows looked dirty and nasty.

rooms smelled, 1st ram key didn’t work em 112 2 queen beds, 2 nd room 103 1 queen bed not what we paid for. I had to sleep on the couch as only had 1 small bed, big black bugs in room someone kept rattling our door handle had to slide chair in front of door, did not feel safe. no one would give us military discount, bad deal.

Something's were not working like lamps and smoke detectors off the wall and some sheets were dirty and stained. They may need better sheets

I expected to see eggs with a side. Eggs are not served with a side. It's just scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs are dry, needs salsa and a side to go with it

The bathtub looked like it was cracking. Not the cleanest looking tub.

hallways and stairwell was filthy. Coffee pot was dirty when i checked in. They didn’t restock the room with coffee

no cable for local tv, only one set of towels, we ask for more and they forgot to bring them. we had to go get them form reception, my booking price was not accepted, I had to pay them and I was told to get reimbursed by booking. com
