Everything was good, front desk and housekeepers we very nice and had wonderful customer service.

The staff was courteous and accommodating to requests during stay.
Privacy screener in rooms, so individuals can’t see from outside would be nice touch. Also, changing linens every other day would be great. We stayed four days and didn’t receive clean linens and had to ask for fresh towels. Again, they were always accommodating, but would be great to not ask.

House keeping started banging on the at 7:00am to the room and check out time was at 11:00am. 30 mins to clean towels.

The staffer was rude and when I called about a later arrival he yelled at me because the reservation was under my maiden name not my married, which is gave him. He also hung up on me. When I arrived to check in he threatened to cancel my reservation because of the miscommunication when I brought it up in person. I will will never stay there again nor recommend the venue. Also, they were knocking on our doors at 830 am asking if we wanted towels.

the bed was a nice size and it had alot of space
the towels were dirty i had to go buy my own . it always smells like cigarettes in every room ! the chairs look filthy & the phone doesn’t work .

Quiet room location. Refrigerator with a freezer.
Advertized a breakfast. NO BREAKFAST. They stopped doing breakfasts but haven't removed that detail from the website. Front desk clerk wasn't friendly at all.

Very convenient to the location of a wedding I was serving in
First day I got there went check in went to room turn on ac and left came back HOURS later to my whole room smelling like weed and no I do NOT smoke so I turned off the AC sprayed body in vent of AC and sprayed whole room down it was horrible !!!

Wasn't clean property or linen. We had to purchase towels for use. Pool out of service and landscaping was horrible

We were driving the Natchez Parkway and got off in Kosciusko and we were delighted with the accommodations. We would return.
