The location was great. Sandwich is a lovely town and the people are really friendly.

Despite the photographs the rooms and Inn are tired. There is no refrigerator in the room. The facilities in the room were bare. We stayed 5 nights and there was no housekeeping. We booked two rooms and one was in the main Inn with another in a separate wing not connected to the Inn. Poor planning by the Inn. The Inn charges high rates for their rooms and you expect a better service than was delivered.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great food at the restaurant where staff looked after us very well.

Not sure how our stay could have been any better.

8 steps to room, unexpected. Our section/location meant going outside to front door to enter facility. Smart streaming tv , would be better.

Amazing location, beautifully landscaped, comfy bed

No info in the rooms or on the website regarding the times breakfast/lunch/dinner are offered or room service availability. I missed dinner the first night by opting to see sunset at the beach - which is a major attraction at the Cape. More info about the services in the rooms would be helpful. Also, the structure is old and walls are thin. Heard my neighbors tv and talk till early morning each night. They were not disrespectful, just thin walls.
