Comfortable beds, clean rooms, gorgeous view of the lake outside our 2nd floor window, peaceful for the most part, nearby restaurants galore! Beautiful sunset.

No hot buffet breakfast as advertised, constant, constant traffic going by on the major thoroughfare, run down area around the pool (please fix the gates!), noisy guest came in at 10:15 p.m. second evening. Precarious stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Air conditioner that turned on and off all night (stuck on energy saver mode). Second night was okay. Much further away from Bok Towers than anticipated. Only 2 packets of coffee, one regular, one decaf provide for TWO night stay. No tea option, OLD creamer in solid form, not powder. TIGHT parking! Pricey considering no breakfast provided. No information about the area (restaurants, activities, etc.)

Great location; back yard, sitting areas, docks, pool very nice.

No water pressure in shower. Stairs & outside walkways need a good clean, paint etc.

Loved the lake to fish in . Property is nice .

The noise . Slamming of doors that stick . The traffic. Was all night long . A bit moldy smelling . Bought a nice candle . And had a floor fan in my son's room so he could sleep . Wish I had brought 2 fans as I didn't sleep all night . 😪

location was close to Legoland, staff seemed friendly.

property needs a lot of updating. Rooms are in need of attention… toilet was broken and wobbly, mattress was very uncomfortable, mismatched outdated furniture, paint and trim peeling and moldy, door locks didn’t work well, just overall in much meed of a complete renovation.

that we could launch our boats right there at the hotel , the pool was nice and super close to legoland

kind of old and outdated , it was hot in the room when we arrived and the fridge wasn’t cold but they turned it all back on once we checked in and it didn’t take long to get the room and fridge back cold

there where small roaches in the room and the owner (man) made us feel very uncomfortable. he was creepy staring at us while we swam in the pool for 30 min straight. I asked the woman if I could use the boat ramp for the second day because it was my wife’s birthday and I was renting jet skis she said it would be $10 if I keep it over night but I was only renting for 4 hours she said it would be no charge. so we got the skis and had a great time. when we got done the man was harassing the man that was renting me the skis about giving him $10 for using the boat ramp after I asked the lady. he was not being professional and if there was a problem he should deal the person who rented the skis and the room. he made my wife feel uncomfortable and I let it be know we were in happy. he did not care to try to make the situation better he just told us we can leave if we don’t like it. so we did not stay the second night and basically ruined my wife’s birthday. I will never stay there again and if you want privacy I Do Not recommend this hotel with a creepy staring man

I loved the fact that it had a kitchen that I could use and pots n pans as well. But loved the view of the lake....even saw an alligator (small) swimming. Saw ducks...... BUT I loved the screen porch!

The location

My husband had gotten very very sick due to the air conditioner had a lot of mold. It took us til the last day to find it. He has been in the hospital when we came home and is still under doctor’s treatment.

No breakfast provided as the website states. only 1 thing of coffee for a room that accommodates 4 people.

The lake was pretty. The room was big. The pool was warm.

Breakfast was supposed to be included but the cafe was closed. Coffee was supposed to be available in the lobby but the lobby was permanently closed. There was a coffee pack in the room that was already opened. The mattress was bad. One side of the bed was like mush and was several inches lower than the other side. I think the springs were broken. Water comes out of the shower in a trickle only. The pictures did not match the room I got. It was definitely over priced for what I got. It was pretty run down.

the bar & cafe were shut. the air conditioning was very noisy but it helped in the end as the people next door kept their TV on all night.

Rooms are way outdated and pretty small in today's modern market. Water pressure in shower was weak. Decore was way old.

Only the location

Everything. The worst place that I’ve stayed at. Extremely dirty. Found cockroaches under furniture and old food from previous guests in the mini fridge.

The hotel has an incredible location, surrounded by restaurants, shopping malls, and retail stores. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with an extraordinary lake view, and ample. The pool outside, close to the lake, is stunning.

Amenities. It would be an excellent idea to have extras in the room for late arrivals.
