good comfortable bed all basic facilities were good for a budget hotel third time I’ve stayed there

there was no water overnight due to a burst pipe. not the hotels fault and they gave me some bottled water to help

Good location and the place was clean. Spaceous rooms.

The door didn't seem to lock when we closed it. We only stayed for 1 night but this is a big issue for people that stay longer.

I keep staying at this facility whenever I travel through this area, so it is a good indication that it is a good place to stay for a very reasonable price.

it did NOT have anything that you find in other rooms such as spare toilet paper, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, coffee and maker.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was a basic room which I knew when I booked. The location was great, it was right across from Denny’s. The staff was friendly. For the price I would stay there again.

The towels were thin, no coffee in the room and no Kleenex.

This is where I always stay when traveling this way! This is my 2nd time there, always pleased with the accommodations, the friendliness of the Management and being able to park right in front of my room. I always choose small Mom & Pop operations whenever possible, as opposed to the big chain hotels.

Bottom line: it's a good value...right across the street from a denny's on a beat-down, non-tourist trap section of route 66. If you want a generic perfectly sterile place--it's not for you--I loved it. The owner was terrific.

For me...no complaints...for others, who knows.

- there is no free breakfast, which is deceiving vs advertisement - not clean, hair in the tube - AC extremely noisy - Pool "under maintenance" for many years now apparently - low price is the only plus, but not worth it given the low quality. No value for money.

For the price it was decent enough but let’s face it it’s not great. I still got a good night sleep.

Bit run down but still better than some of the other motels on the street.

It was easy to find

The pool was being used for storage, so it hasn't been usable in a very long time. Management was rude, the room and everything in it was very old, the carpet was so old it was almost black from years and years of foot traffic. the AC was turned off when we got here and it was 110°f outside. No phone in the room, no channel guide, no pen or paper. The main light is motion sensing and every time you walk by it would turn on. The bathroom window was one of those where you turn the knob and all the slats turn to open. We had to put a towel through the top slat to use as a curtain to give a little insulation as it was very leaky and the bathroom was really hot. They should take the pool and breakfast out of the amenities list because they don't have either one.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice. Very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and clean. Within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. Room had a microwave and a lovely mini fridge. No loud noises or disturbances at night, and the bed was very VERY comfortable.

Surrounded by other motels that had pools. Considering the weather that would've been a nice option.

The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the microwave and refrigerator. The grounds were clean.

The ac was located out of reach. It was over 90. My husband finally got on a chair to change it from 80 to 60. We weren't told the ice machine wasn't working. And the sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled and not white.

Coming 3hrs away and getting messages confirming my reservation, I find it quite ALARMING that the hotel was NOT accepting ANY online transactions Only walk ups. Then was charged more than reservation. Then was told NO SMOKING and the room smelled like a LAS VEGAS CASINO. To top it off the bathroom light didn’t work and I was asked did I want a lamp??!! Now if you could have seen my face yeah ! So the older man suggested giving me another room, which should have been the first option.,,SMDH
