Room was spacious, jetted tub

Potatoes were bland, no flavor. Breakfast area was super sticky. Beds were hard as a brick. Ice machine was down on our 1st floor, had to go up to 3rd floor. No whirlpool in pool area. For $200 I expected a whirlpool. Have injury so I can't get in a tub currently.

I was charged for my room twice. Once by booking.com, then again by the hotel. No one will refund it.

Smelled like weed the moment we turned in the hall to go to our room. Had only 2 hours of sleep due to plumes of stinch coming under my door. Finally, at 3 am. stuffed towels at the bottom of the door so I could get some sort of rest. Woke up with the worst headache ever!

The room was cleaned impeccably everyday. We were glad to be in a room on the first floor near the lobby. Even though we were in a central location, the room was very quiet.

More signage for your location. Can't tell that it's behind another hotel. We had a hard time locating. We just by chance turned right at the end of Hamptons lot and then saw it.

Beds weren't comfortable they were too soft but that's my opinion. I like a firm bed. Guests in a room near me were up screaming & yelling until 3am again not the hotels fault .

It was a real nice stay with our grandkids, had a great time, all around in most places Arts, and nature and history was fun.

The only thing was lots of yelling ,screaming, etc. and running the halls at night, parking lot had a couple celebrations(party) going on, other than that was ok, not much rest at night.

I did not like to go to the office daily to get clean towels. We do not use the same towel more than once. I also did not like the fact that our room was not swept 🧹 or vacuum during our stay. Also there was 1 fork, 1 knife and 1 spoon. We had to rely on plastic ware.

Bed linens & carpet were clean. Hotel employee who checked us in was very polite and personable. Price was reasonable and hotel in a great location.

Location was convenient but noisy with all the traffic. Very hard to find the entrance for people that aren't from the area trying to locate it on GPS. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The room was much smaller than expected, fortunately two people dropped out of our group of five. There never would have been enough room for all of us. We could have made it work, but that means at least one or two people would have had to sleep on the pull-out bed. When I pulled it out, I saw stains on the mattress pad and Cheetos and garbage under the couch. The blankets had hair on them, and the coffee maker still had an old damp coffee filter in it so obviously it wasn't cleaned out. For the amount of money we spent, I would have expected a much more modern facility. The carpet looked old and run down. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. It wasn't the worst experience I've had at a hotel, but definitely not what I expected. We were disappointed, and didn't feel it met our expectations for the price.

I did not like the smell of weed, or marijuanas when you walked in the door and all through the hall. It was not just a wiff of it it was the hole time all the way from the room to the front doors.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Reading lamps beside the was great.

Room was disgusting, was not cleaned properly before we checked in. Was not a jacuzzi room had a garden tub and didn't have hot water one of the days. Poor wifi service, would not stay connected.
