This hotel is the absolute BEST!!!! My reservation went so great and the staff was so courteous over the phone and then of course upon our arrival, the welcoming staff was very nice!!!! Any requests that were made, were tended to quickly. The pool was wonderful!! Beds..omg it was hard to wake up because it was so comfortable and clean!!! The air conditioning was exceptional!!! The room felt like paradise and it smelt so freaking good!!! Housekeeping was oh so nice. Breakfast was amazing!! I can't could go on and on but then it would be a book lol. Anytime y'all need a commercial done, don't hesitate to reach out to me because I certainly would do it😁🥰🥰🙌🏾

The staff was amazing and the bed was comfortable! It was pretty quiet.

The bathroom door stuck and hard to close. There was no toilet paper holder. The toilet paper roll was open and on the counter and seat up like someone had used it before we got there. Elevator was VERY slow. The hot breakfast was over sold by staff. It’s scrambled eggs and sausage and continental style stuff. It was ok though the coffee cups are the smallest cups ever. Like 3-4 oz?

The bed was comfortable, the coffee was good, the staff was amazing, pretty quiet, the facilities were clean and nice

Thermostat broken, toilet was slow to fill after flushing, cloth shower curtain, could use a bigger tv in a room that size

The breakfast was the usual fake, dried out eggs. The skim milk was starting to sour. The sausage was good. The coffee maker was out of order and the dining area was a bit dark for my liking. I did think the bed was comfortable.

There were only 3 single Kleenex, no T. P holder, 1 soap only and 1 plastic cup only. The housekeeper that i encountered spoke no English so I couldn’t get these items I needed.
