This hotel is the absolute BEST!!!! My reservation went so great and the staff was so courteous over the phone and then of course upon our arrival, the welcoming staff was very nice!!!! Any requests that were made, were tended to quickly. The pool was wonderful!! Beds..omg it was hard to wake up because it was so comfortable and clean!!! The air conditioning was exceptional!!! The room felt like paradise and it smelt so freaking good!!! Housekeeping was oh so nice. Breakfast was amazing!! I can't could go on and on but then it would be a book lol. Anytime y'all need a commercial done, don't hesitate to reach out to me because I certainly would do it😁🥰🥰🙌🏾

The staff was amazing and the bed was comfortable! It was pretty quiet.
The bathroom door stuck and hard to close. There was no toilet paper holder. The toilet paper roll was open and on the counter and seat up like someone had used it before we got there. Elevator was VERY slow. The hot breakfast was over sold by staff. It’s scrambled eggs and sausage and continental style stuff. It was ok though the coffee cups are the smallest cups ever. Like 3-4 oz?

The bed was comfortable, the coffee was good, the staff was amazing, pretty quiet, the facilities were clean and nice
Thermostat broken, toilet was slow to fill after flushing, cloth shower curtain, could use a bigger tv in a room that size

The breakfast was the usual fake, dried out eggs. The skim milk was starting to sour.
The sausage was good.
The coffee maker was out of order and the dining area was a bit dark for my liking.
I did think the bed was comfortable.
There were only 3 single Kleenex, no T. P holder, 1 soap only and 1 plastic cup only. The housekeeper that i encountered spoke no English so I couldn’t get these items I needed.

The pool and hot tub were closed for the season. One of the main reasons I booked was the hot tub.

bathroom appeared used(toilet seats all up). tub had black smears in it. bedding smelled like dogs. is a pet room but my pet not allowed on bed. bed smelled super doggy! really think they made bed without changing sheets snd called it good.

Room booked wasn’t available! When lights were turned off , bed stand electrical sockets turned off! We slept with out our CPAP machines! My key card wouldn’t open outside door. Couldn’t use freezer in refrigerator it was frozen shut! Couldn’t tell any one after stay the front desk was not staffed which was not staffed when we arrived ! We had to wait for someone to man the front desk when we checked in!

Uncleanliness, carpet was dirty, needed vacuuming & cleaning. Room had dust, sticky table & desk. Lacked thorough cleaning. Regret that we did not leave when we saw room and asked for refund. The employee who cleaned on cell phone in hallway told someone “I’m not working 8 F…ing days.” Appears hotel understaffed. Would never stay at Comfort Suites again or recommend to anyone.

rooms were spacious and comfortable. great breakfast. clean lobby and dining areas. convenient parking and location to our events. friendly staff.
it was a surprise to learn that in ADDITION to the expected incidentals charge, they also tack on a 15% fee for whatever…even asking did not get a good reason other than “it’s corporate and automatically computer generated. it will come off at check out.”. there was nothing relevant to that fee on Booking. in very fine print AFTER our cards were run there was a notification on the registration slip. all they’d told us was “initial here and here.”. shame on us for not reading that whole dang thing! We travel frequently, are members of several hotels groups but have NEVER experienced this. just felt it should have been pointed out upon check in.
