I liked everything. Super clean room. Room smelled fresh. I would never know that someone may have occupied this room previously. All hotels should smell this good. Fresh not over powering. Bed was the best I’ve slept in (19 hotels in past 5 months). Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Even though close to airport was quiet and I had a nice grassy area to take my dog and places to walk (very important to me).

The room decor was very different from standard hotel rooms, and I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered. It included a window seat. There were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower in pump dispensers. They had 24 hr availability of fountain drinks in the lobby, free shuttle to the airport, although it is so close I would have walked if it had been daylight. I also very much appreciated the availability of gluten free options for breakfast, including bread, hard-boiled eggs and fruit cups. I needed to leave very early, so they made up a bag for me the night before. I was able to keep the items in the refrigerator in the room.

first room assigned had a bad ac , but they quickly got us into another room with no problem , very good staff

Staff was excellent, hotel was clean, showers were great, and location was fine.

Fire alarm went off three times in one night, no sleep, customer vaping in room. Toilet ran all night so I had to turn off at wall, it was fixed by maintenance the next day with apologies so this negative is balanced. Room was terribly small for the money paid.

the price I paid did not meet my expectations; It exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The receptionist, Abraham, was extremely helpful and very friendly. I wish that I also knew the name of the lady who worked where breakfast was served because she was great. This was, by far, my best experience at a hotel. It was nothing fancy, but it still was awesome. Thank you to the whole staff for such a wonderful experience.
