Location and office staff.

The room was not that clean even after being given room keys then going to my room and being told my room wouldn't be ready for an hour, due to cleaning.

Second time staying there. Staff was great. Had a good room close to everything we liked doing!

Wish the rooms had windows that worked or fan that you could turn the lights off

Not handicap compliant. We had to demand main floor rooms, no elevator. Step up to each room.No wash cloths, we had two wash cloths for 3 rooms over 2 nights. Mgr. complained about short staffing, issues on site. lobby poorly equipped for breakfast. Stale cereal, had waffles, no meats. Rented 3 rooms for two nights.

It’s a road side motel. Frankly I’m shocked that it’s got the Wyndham name on it.

The towels were a joke (thin and small), worse than those at a corporate gym. The place seemed a little warn.

It was clean and staff were very friendly.

Not as it was presented, definitely not an Oceanview more like a off road less then desirable motel. I paid WAY TOO MUCH, for what I got??? Then there were 2 charges billed to my account. I now look on booking and this room rate is half what paid? Shame on booking dot com for the hike raise 😔 I will do my homework in the future but thought I could trust booking app.

The room has mold in bathroom to small no view and don't forget anything behind they find they keep. Forgot Cellphone and charger box and Nike hat worth more then the room. The electric wires run on outside the wall.

The friendliness of the management

Everything was great the 2 days. My girlfriend is handicapped so she gave us a ground floor

It was quite. It was OK for the price.

Granola bars, animal crackers, apples, and coffee is not what I would call breakfast. I felt misled.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The fireplace was a nice edition to the room. The area was very nice to walk around and find food and drink even at night.

The shower had cracked flooring. The wifi didn't work on our side of the property. The walls were a little thin so you could hear 🙉 things you don't want to.
