The room was amazing. It was clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The room had roaches and bad lighting and mold in the ice bucket

Had to change rooms twice first room was unacceptable filthy nothing in there, no toiletries, no hand towels no washcloths nothing. Second room had cockroaches was probably on a scale from 1 to 10 one being the lowest I would say maybe a two too tired to change rooms again. I like the location I like the breakfast bar could be a little bit better though all in all it was an okay stay. 🤔🤔
Wasn't too much to like other than location, breakfast bar that's about it.

Lady at front desk was rude to my husband. There were no towels or rags in our room he went down to get some. She gave him small floor towels and said she had no rags. To busy smoking I guess to help out... Also no batteries in our TV remote.

What I didn't like was when I asked one of the housekeepers if she could vacuum my room ....she said no ma'am your room is not dirty...the whole time I was there my room never had a proper cleaning... Unless I did it myself.... The room smelled like mold ... I stayed there for 7 Days.

Nothing the room smelled like mold has to go and get Lysol and cleaning spray to make the room smell better plus i had a 8month old baby with me

There were only 3 pillows for 2 people in a king size bed. No comforter on the bed. Only 1 towel and handtowel in the room, no wash clothes. The drapes were broke and would shut completely. So all together the whole room was very insufficient and not stocked or like a hotel room should be.

The roaches everywhere,and all the lights didn't work. When I went out the door roaches met me crawling in.

There were roaches in my room. The carpet was disgusting, and filthy. The room was rundown. The freezer section of the refrigerator has never been defrosted! There was no hair dryer, I had to buy one. The staff seemed bothered when asked about the hair dryer, the broken ice machine...I left a day early because I was so uncomfortable in the room.

Everything it doesn’t look anything like the website. Room was nasty, smelled really bad. Only 2 towels for 3 people, no wash rags and front desk said they didn’t have enough for every room.

Good location easy to find friendly staff
Continental breakfast needs lots of work coffee was weak no sugar. I went to the front desk and ask it for towels I was totally go around the corner and get them from the laundry Lady it's not my job as a guest to go to the laundry room and ask them for towels.

Just convenient because of the location passing by.. staff really nice
I choose this hotel specially because my kids always want to get in the pool the day we arrived was closed..next morning still closed with all kind of excuses. Breakfart just waffles and bisquits
