Not enough hot water

Staff were cool and worked with me on my deposit

Booked 3 nights and Was warned that tv might not work and it would be fixed tomorrow which was fine except it never got fixed and the first room had no tv at all and was very dirty not vaccumed there was blood or something on the lamp the windows would not open shower didn't work at all The dresser was broken as well as grafiti on some surfaces. The second room had a tv but was not working shower was cold no towels in either room had to ask front desk for some and room was also not vacuumed and not very clean but the windows did ooen in this one.

rooms are filthy. smells like smoke when it’s supposed to be a non smoking room. even the water from the sink faucets smell bad. also the doors are very noisy and the key cards stop working on their own. their office isn’t open 24hrs so imagine if u got locked out of ur room and ur my card isn’t working. you would have to wait until the next day for them to fix it and get inside. staff don’t know what they’re doing. it would’ve costed us more to extend our stay so they told us it would be cheaper to book another week. we were supposed to keep our original room for the second week but they moved us to a room with no cable, no internet, and the water barely gets warm. when we book a room, we have to pay a security deposit of $50 (idk why, there’s nothing in here worth stealing and everything is pretty much damaged in a way as is) and since we booked a second week, we had to pay another $50 security deposit but was supposed to get a refund for the first security deposit and we have yet to receive it.

Nothing it was so dirty I left within a matter of hours there was still hair in the bathroom shower and use soap there was food on the floor writing's on the wall there was people outside in the parking lot I literally stayed for about 3 or 4 hours and picked up and left I wasted $100 there was no garbage can in the room I found one towel I was not sure if it was used or not one of my worst experiences in a motel

Room was dirty. Had a needle under the bed. Got switched rooms had no towels,toilet didn't flush. T.v didn't work. And they were not willing to refund me or a free night or anything. I was highly disappointed and it's in a really bad neighborhood.

I liked the room size since I’m traveling with my two dogs and my boyfriend it is nice to have a little room to move around

where should I even start on the list! Most of the staff are rude lazy and completely incompetent the rooms are dirty and in bad repair the maintenance got was supposed to come fix the cable three days ago and every time I ask they say he will be over shortly when he actually just sits in the vacant room above me getting high i assume by the number of obvious junkies he has come in and out then there is the water literally streaming outta the bathroom ceiling this place is a dump and I don’t think they can even legally rent me this room when it’s in this condition

Everything! Very dirty. TV did not work. There was no WIFI. Bathroom was dirty .Floor was dirty stains and old gum all over it. Writing on bathroom walls.carpret was not vacuumed.bath towels were stained and dirty.There was no blankets we had to ask for it only 1 pillow on beds had to ask for more. Pillows and bed had a gross smell. There is a bar right across and its really loud. Worse place ive ever seen in my life.

Even though I had a reservation they refused to rent to me they said that now they don’t accept pets but that is false information and possible discrimination

Everything about the room was not good. It was under construction, the floor was very dirty, the restroom, the blankets of the bed were very dirty and the pillows too. Worse place ever! I was not happy and satisfied.

Everything!!! Dirty rooms, everything in the room is broken!!! Imposible to sleep there, very loud noise from the passing cars in the highway!!! Cigarets smell and smoke getting in room from the bathroom vents!!! Marihuana smell and smoke everywhere!!! Dirty, dirty, dirty and again everything is dirty: bedding sheets, doors, handles, bathroom - everything in the room!!! There was no blanket on the bed in February!!! No towels i the bathroom!!! This is place for homeless people, it could be homeless shelter! They shouldn’t charge any money for places like that! We just saw the room and checked out, went to sleep in another hotel! This place should be closed and never open again for customers! It doesn’t deserve even one star!!! There website is not accurate!!! Just don’t go there if you are not homeless person or bum!!!
