That I booked a smoking room, and I didn’t get my deposit I made back. We didn’t mess up the room we left everything how it was when we first got there. And they won’t respond to my contacting them about my deposit. On my fiancés debit card it said it was processed, completed, and it is not pending

They did not serve breakfast

There were stains on the pillow cases and sheets, smoke was coming through the bathroom vent and I had a non smoking room. I have breathing issues and I’m on oxygen and all I could smell was smoke. I complained to front desk and all they did was put duck tape over the vent and it didn’t help. The door to the room kept getting stuck when we tried to leave and had to use a lot of force to open it. It was 80 degrees the day we checked in and the air was not on in the room which made it unbearable for the first few hours of my arrival. Everything was dirty, I had to buy disinfectant wipes and wipe the whole room down.

The only thing I liked was the Clark she was very nice. And told me she was sorry.

There was no breakfast . The beds only had sheets on it. There was no towels or bath clothes. The shower didn't work. The window had a Crack down it. The sheets had holes in them. There was Bruns on the wooden table. The coffee pot in the room didn't work.
