Quiet

Room was quite spacious. Good for a one or two night stay. Good location.

Lady at the check in office was not friendly AT ALL. This was on a Saturday. I pray she wasn’t the owner. No Hi, Bye, Have a good stay, nothing. The heating unit in the room didn’t work on any setting but “maximum” We came back to the room after being gone a couple hours and it was freezing, it was in the low 30’s outside. Finally we got it working. I didn’t want to go hunt down this front office lady for assistance.

This was the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Cannot say enough wonderful things about how clean and tidy and easy this place was! it also had a lot, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, television, free Wi-Fi … really just a great little place.

Good place for an overnight stay. The room was good sized and clean.

Close to a busy road, so some traffic noise.

Clean and centrally located. The owner very nice and very homey atmosphere!

The location was pretty great, if traveling around Prescott. Can't beat the price, either, given the other options in town. It's not the Ritz, but you'd be foolish to expect it to be. The property is definitely a little dated, but there weren't any funky smells or scary damage to the door frame or anything. If you don't want to shell out multiple hundreds of dollars for a night in Prescott, this is a great option. Would certainly book again in the future!
