Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is going thru some renovations. Rooms are very large and fully equipped for extended stays.

The breakfast was good. Very good coffee. My sister had a procedure at the hospital and the location was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the room darkening shades. There was plenty of room for us to move around in the room. Everyone that worked there was very friendly.
There wasn't any ice unless you purchased it. Our floor didn't have an ice machine and when we asked we had to buy it. There were very noisy people in the room above us and when we told the person at the front desk about it, nothing was done. It went on until after midnight. My sister had to be at the hospital early and we needed to rest. There was also only one working elevator for 4 floors. The other one never responded to the call button and there wasn't a sign to tell anyone that it was out of order.

Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and cold. The swimming pool was heated and very nice.
We stayed on the 3rd flood and one of the guest was smoking skunk weed and the whole floor smelt of it. At least go outside and do your private busy.

The rooms were nice and spacious and very clean.
The pool was also really nice and clean. We all enjoyed our stay. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. I had asked for an extra set of sheets and they delivered them straight to my room and rather quickly. Super satisfied with my stay! 😊

The front desk service was exceptionally helpful, upon arriving and departing I came by myself left early morning the night service walked me to my vehicle I thought that was great.
The ice machine didn’t work on my floor couldn’t get ice. The furniture needs to be updated in the room the couch was horrible. The inside of the toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned under the lip of the toilet.
