The hotel was next to a crossroads. Noisy.

I asked the staff at the front desk to change my room, because if was on the corner facing the crossroad. They refused on the basis of being full up. Difficult to believe since moat of the parking lot was empty when I got in and when departed early in the morning.

Location was good.

The hotel was under construction and we were on a floor with active construction going on. One of the days the water was shut off for 4 hours. The construction workers set off the fire alarm and we had to stand outside while we waited for the fire department to come and give us the clear to be able to return to our room. Staff would not let you take breakfast to eat in your room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Got new towels even with a two night stay so that was nice. Breakfast was okay nothing exciting.

The common areas could use a little paint and updating. Nothing real bad.

Room was nice and comfortable

Used the pool and there was so much chlorine in the water it damaged my hair. I’ve washed it 3 times and it still smells like I’m inside the pool. Very unhappy.

We didn’t have a remote to the tv and coffee maker in room didn’t work

Location was perfect for my trip. Hotel is an exceptional value. I will stay there again.

They only service the room every three days

The mattresses were uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Looked like the ceiling had a water leak and was never fixed because there was mold growing on it.

Staff was outstanding

The hotel is very sparse in entities. The air conditioner was unable to cool the room and leaked water on the flooring. The room was very sparse with any comfort items. Provided breakfast was lees than a adequate
