Cleaning lady was nice al staff were helpfull and polite , you can tell the staff care about guests.

Shower curtain rod was loosely hung.and the mirror is crooked by the door. But I liked it over all

Unprofessional staff and bodily fluid stains on the furniture. As well as most of the facility was still under renovation.

The remodeled rooms are amazing!! The beds are so comfortable.

The outside of the facility is still ran down and lots of screws and nails in the side parking lots. It is under construction.

The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was a great price.

We saw a baby cockroach

The room was very clean and quiet.

The breakfast was included in the price but when we arrived they told us that the restaurant was closed due to renovation. They shouldn't charge you for a service that they neglected.

Sofa in room was very uncomfortable for sitting. Bed was too firm for my taste; I couldn't walk in the morning. Breakfast was very meager. They had cold cereal and mini waffles. Milk was available for the cereal. They had no fruit, toast or bagels, decaf coffee, juice or hot water. They had instant oatmeal and tea bags but no hot water! I saw syrup but I'm not sure whether they had butter for the waffles.

Our room was newly remodeled and clean, and the mattress comfy!

It was close to the wedding we were in town to shoot. The king bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was somewhere warm and convenient to sleep at night during our trip. They did offer free breakfast served in a nice seating area but we never had time to try the food.

My sister slept on the pullout one night and woke up with bad back pain. The springs stuck out pretty bad. The blanket on the king bed was so thin and we are from florida, not used to the cold weather so when staying in a hotel in indiana I would have expected some warmer blankets. The blanket inside the duvet cover was a thin tan blanket. Definitely made it feel like a non luxurious experience. It looked like the building was under some construction or something because there was clear caulking in the hallway and in the room that gave an unfinished look. The sign outside said newly renovated and I didn’t see what it liked like before but nothing looked very new and/or polished to me. The bathroom sink and bathroom in general was very small but that wasn’t too bad, we made do. Overall, it was what we needed at the time and could afford but I probably wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

Roach infested. Many family stayed here. Roaches in all the rooms. Hotel not accommodating to the infestation. Many people left but the hotel would not refund. So they're essentially making mo lney off people who don't even stay there.

I made reservations for handicapped travelers, two of us with both being handicapped, our room was conveniently located on the first floor, but how much further from the lobby could the room been from? meaning our room could have been closer, also the doorway to the bathroom is just barely wide enough for a walker let alone a wheelchair

Had a roach in my room that was not cool other than that the room was ok
