Convenient to restaurants & Georgetown College where my tennis event was held.

My suite had an issue with the deadbolt lock, which I brought to the GM’s attention during checkout. He took notes of my issue, apologized & said he would insure that the issue was corrected.

We stayed in the king suite with whirpool and let me tell you, it was worth it!! Now that the doubletree Hilton got rid of their jacuzzi tubs I was so disappointed but this tub is so much better!! Me and my husband can both fit and he’s 6’2”!! Also the pool and hot tub being open til midnight is amazing!! That’s so great and unheard of being open so late but so thankful. If I had to say any bad things I would say the towels could be plushier and they could use some bigger tvs …… but overall we will be back again!!

Convenient location

Dirty room, had bugs, pool was horribly dirty.

Room was great

Breakfast was terrible

Hotel was easy to get to from interstate. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Nice breakfast included.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming. Bathtub faucet was leaking. Not just a drip but a steady trickle.

I did not utilize the breakfast service, but did take some coffee with me which was nice. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable, just what I was looking for, and at a fair price.

I really have nothing bad to say about my experience. The hotel is located in a very busy area full of other hotels and restaurants, but despite this there were green areas where I could walk my dog.

Proximity to things as well as well as being cost effective! The clerks were so helpful and friendly. The kids loved the pool and it was nice to not have to leave to get a hot delicious breakfast!
