They had cockroaches and still charged me for my stay or “cancellation fee” when I was there for literally 5minutes.. still waiting for an email to get my money back.

Nothing. Dude at the counter was nice.
Room was changed to smoking. We couldn't get in the room. They redid the key like 3 times and on the 4th gave as a different room after making multiple trips back down to office. That room was disgusting. We didn't even stay there! Asked for a refund and still have not received it!

The staff was very nice and helpful. We only ended up staying here because our other hotel overbooked and had no rooms available. The front staff were very accommodating for out last-minute booking.
This place had bugs in the room and lots of abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. This place is more like low-income rental property than a motel. They have long term tenants that seem to treat the public spaces like their backyard.

was bugs 🐜 every where and the toilet 🚽 was loose my husband almost feel over, the tv was broken the shower 🚿 faucet not working properly, the swimming pool Not cleaned.

hotel was falling apart. room was dirty and ragged. breakfast was sparse and not available after 8:20. walkways to second floor rooms were caution taped off because they were collapsing on the side of the building i stayed in.

We booked our room we arrived at the motel checked in and 20 mins later was told we had to leave and we did nothan wrong

Very noisy late at night from other guests. But the room was very clean and the staff were fantastic and friendly. Great value.

The staff was phenomenal! Being able to sit in the lobby and have a conversation with the staff was very nice!

They could have supplied paper towel and kitchen towels. We didn't have a hairdryer. No ironing board in room.

Check in was fine people we're friendly got to our room and within 10 minutes of being in room seen 10 cockroaches. Went back to front desk told them what's going on they offered us another room we declined and went home.

Air conditioning was great since it was 100 degrees outside. Shower had good pressure. Pool was not accessible for the 5th-6th time in the past 15 years.
Have a nice clean pool since I have not been able to use it in the past 15 years.

One lady at the front desk was so nice. I had a rough bad day, she was so polite and was helpful.
Door wouldn't open, i had to pull on the door while i unlocked it to get it open.

By appearance the room was mostly clean but there was food in the AC/heater air vent. The room just had a grungy feel to it and it smelled. Most definitely needs updating. We were in between 2 rooms with long term (over a year) occupants one of which put their small dog out the door on a long leash to use the bathroom in the parking lot. Thankfully we checked in late at night and checked out early the next morning or else I would have found somewhere else to stay. Staff was super friendly and the lobby is very nice. Breakfast is make your own waffles though, which we didn't have time to do.

When we showed up it was a travelers best site. Everything I asked for was met and the staff was fantastic, Everwhere I needed to go to was 5 minutes away from this hotel and it was a fuel saver! I will be returning again!!

The only thing I liked about the property was the desk clerk. Very nice, polite and went the extra mile to get us a room next to the pool.
The pool was dirty. We had the pool guy looking I to our open curtain window. We also had a room where the tv was bad, the bed uncomfortable and the restroom was old and dandy.
