Every bit as well appointed and comfortable as the pictures show, and in many areas even better - it is clear that Anita & Chris have not skimped in how the apartment has been finished. Great communication all the way through. In fact, we had one issue that needed to be rectified and Anita & Chris, plus John and the team at Burriana Properties couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. We were kept up to date at all times and a practical solution was quickly sorted. As always, it's often how the unexpected is dealt with that really can make or break a trip and our experience shows you can absolutely trust that the owners and managers care that you have a great stay. The location has loads going for it - we were grateful to be slightly out of the busiest part of town (especialy in August) but it was still only a short walk to get there plus there is plenty on your doorstep for the lazier days. I would say, unless you have mobility issues, there is no need to hire a car, especially in peak months. Nerja traffic can be very slow, while the whole town is walkable from the apartment. Apart from airport transfers (info helpfully shared by Anita) we only used a taxi twice - once to get to Playa Burriana and, because of traffic, it took longer than the times we walked it! A perfect location for our teenage daughter and her friend, as the easy access to the town and beaches meant they could safely be independent when they wanted to be. All in all great value!

Great location, lovely interior / decor completed in high quality and very comfortable apartment. Very spacious. The view is particularly nice and a few lovely restaurants on your doorstep with the busy centre of Nerja a five minute walk away. We visited four beaches during our stay and all within walking distance! Brilliant!

This property is fantastic. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was immaculate. Great position with lovely sea views. Quiet but close to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the town and 20 minutes to Burriana beach (but closest beach is only a couple of minutes). Anita,the owner, provides easy to follow instructions for check in and out, and information about the property. We will definitely be booking here again

Just spent a relaxing week in this lovely apartment. Anita is an extremely helpful host and ensured that cleaning all completed before we arrived which was earlier than the normal check-in. The apartment itself is finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the balcony with comfy seating overlooking the plaza and the sea. The area is ideal with excellent reasuarants and close to everything. We would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the in Nerja condo with beach view. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and at night. Having a pool and a beach near were a must on our list. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a great extra! Thanks so much for sharing your condo.

The apartment is excellent, the location in my opinion could not be better with easy access to Nerja centre and the Balcon, it overlooks the Plaza de Los Cangrejos which has several good restaurants and is populated with palm trees and a lovely view of the sea, the apartment itself is immaculate with a well equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms, the lounge and balcony can accommodate four people with ease and the onsite swimming pool is beautifully kept with a lifeguard at all times, the host Anita is really helpful and we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Just returned from a great holiday in Nerja. The property is in a great location near the old part of Nerja and within easy reach of beaches and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment very close to old town of Nerja but also right in the heart of fantastic restaurants & Torrecilla beach area. The pool is lovely & there is a lifeguard on duty at all times. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived & is very stylishly decorated with brand new kitchen & bathrooms. Very quiet at night despite being in a busy area. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night & watch the activity below. All Anita’s directions & instructions were easy to follow. Would highly recommend. Perfect for a family of 4.

Perfect property for family stay. Spotless and modern accommodation. Pool, restaurants and beach on doorstep. Town centre is a 5 min walk with further cafés, restaurants, shops and buzzing atmosphere. Excellent communication and service from helpful owner. Highly recommended!

Las Fuentes is probably the best complex in Nerja--very convenient location, safe and well maintained. This apartment has been completely updated in 2019 and is of the best quality. The views are superb, imagine a glass of chilled wine on the balcony watching the sea (we saw dolphins) and the sunset through the palm trees. English television is provided and you are spoilt for restaurant choice but La Bottega in the parade underneath will take some beating for quality and service. The pool is also one of the best in Nerja, it is cold in the winter but by March warm enough for a comfortable swim. We really enjoyed our time here; 3 months of relaxing, people watching and sport was the antidote for the miserable English climate. Any requests for help to the agents and landlord were always dealt with promptly. We will be coming again.

We had a great time and the apartment had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It was close to all amenities, the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and I would recommended it to anyone visiting Nerja.

That apartment was great. The location was great. However we will not return due to serious issues around parking, which on the last day of our stay resulted in the car being towed away from a spot I thought was legal. The other "need to know" is that no beds are ever available on the local beach and these are owned in the main by the Rui hotel group. You can walk further and to a poorer beach and if lucky you may find a bed and psrosol that has not been reserved. It appears that all beds need to be reserved the day in advance, as we discovered when using Burriana for most of our stay. We disappointed at only having two colapsable chairs and purchased two for our friends which we left at the apartment. The crockery needs an overhaul as usable items were not in groups that four let alone six could use.

We couldn't have booked a better apartment not only was it a lovely apartment it was situated in the perfect place we had a beautiful sea view as well as a street view, we used to sit on the balcony & watch everything that was going on. On our second day we couldn't believe what we were watching from our balcony there were about six dolphins 🐬 that just kept swimming around we were watching them for ages I can honestly say we never expected to be sitting on a balcony watching dolphins, also where the apartment was situated was in easy walking distance to everything you could want and if you wanted to go to other places outside Nerja the bus stop or Nerja taxis were about 2mins walk. We can honestly say this was one of the best holidays we have had and the apartment played a big part in this as well as Nerja being a beautiful place. I have not met the Lady who owns the apartment in person but seems to be a very nice Lady and she was very helpful we would just like to thank her for letting us stay in her apartment which we would recommend to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the comfortable apartment. The balcony gave pleasant views over the treetops on the plaza below out across the sea as well as up towards the mountains. Anita gave us plenty of information prior to the trip so finding & accessing the apartment was no problem. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by. It was reassuring to find a 24 hour medical clinic just a couple of blocks away if needed. We will return to Nerja in future!

Christmas time in Nerja is a must.The local people put together events for children and adults. We only wished we had stayed for New Year.Beautiful people and beautiful food.Can not wait to return.

Lovely apartment very close to restaurants and beaches, well equipped if you wanted to self cater although with so many good eating places we didn’t eat in that often. Town and beaches really good to visit without the need for a car. Caves worth a visit and free entry the day we went. A scenic drive to Alhambra Palace but you must book in advance, even to see the botanical gardens. We didn’t book but still had an enjoyable day walking around the perimeter of the Palace and visiting the free museums. .

Apartment was very well equipped. Loved the beach umbrellas and beach equipment these were very useful. Location is great right above some lovely restaurants - Mirasol was very good. Nice and quiet, there was no noise through the night. Lovely view from the balcony and a great place to have breakfast or relax and read!

A lovely spacious apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including beach towels and chairs for around the pool/beach. Balcony gets the sun from lunchtime until sunset where you can sit and chill looking over towards Torrecilla beach. An easy 5 minute stroll into the centre and the old town which is lovely and where you will find a good mix of restaurants for all tastes. The restaurants below the apartment are also very good. Anita is extremely helpful both prior to arrival, including advising on taxis to and from the airport, and when we arrived and the beach towels were not there she resolved this very quickly. If there was one thing that I didn't like, and this is no reflection on the apartment, that is that the pool closes between 3 and 5 each day, which could be a bit of a nuisance if you were nice and settled in the sun. However we did notice this at other pools that we passed so maybe something that they do in Nerja. Overall though excellent stay and would certainly return. Thank you Anita

We arrived early on August 19th and with permission left our luggage. On our return around 3pm the apartment was immaculate. If you want a great apartment in a superb complex with awesome views this is the one for you. It has everything you require and more, beach chairs parasols beach towels surf boards etc. Anita and Christopher are great hosts very friendly and helpful anytime we contacted them. Our pick up for our flight home was not until 6pm and they allowed us to stay there until then with no additional cost. The restaurants below are great and very reasonable. Having a drink on the balcony in the evening was a pleasure enjoying the atmosphere and aromas. We will definitely be back. This is a dream location and fantastic apartment.
