The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.

The hallways smelled like smoke all the time. The dryer did not dry our laundry even after paying for two cycles.

Manager was very nice and accommodating. He even asked how my son's baseball games went each day. The rooms were very clean. The maids changed the sheets daily and tidied the rooms. This is rare anymore. We would certainly stay again.

The wash machine was broken, so I couldn't clean my son's uniform but I am sure that they were getting it repaired. Things break. Most people wouldn't need that during a stay.

Very nice place for the cost. Clean and affordable

The salt water pool was very nice.

Rooms needed updating and a deep cleaning. The locks and safety locks on the doors did not work properly.

when we checked in our bathroom was dirty. The sink was full of black stuff and hair, toilet was nasty, and shower had hair all in it. when I went to the front desk to ask them to clean the bathroom, the worker was so rude. First he accused me of “having someone else in the room”, then he threw his hands up in the air and said “there’s nothing I can do about it. There’s no one here that can clean. You’re just going to have to deal with it.” He spoke very condescending to me. I insisted that he call a manager, and the manager came and cleaned the bathroom and apologized for the front desk worker’s behavior. Do not book a room here!! Nasty, and rude!!

Didn’t stay because room had ROACHES!!! My son screamed”Mom , there’s A Roach”! And when I looked behind the fridge where the roach went there were roach eggs! Disgusting !!! I immediately went to the front desk showed the manager and he asked me if I wanted him to clean it up and I stay in the room. I refused! He NEVER offered another room (which I probably would of not stayed in either)! He lied to booking.com and told them that he offered me another room. I continued to look around the room and it was infested with roach eggs. I packed my stuff had to figure out another hotel after driving 16 hours!!!! Don’t stay here !!! Comfort Inn is right next door and they are way better !!!!!

false advertising there is no Queen beds in this hotel. beds are more like full size beds. very hard and uncomfortable mattresses. breakfast shouldn’t be even called breakfast. they don’t have nothing but sliced bread, tiny muffins, cereal & oatmeal. even the coffee was nasty. there is safety concerns as well. man waited for us to open the door to then follow behind went to 3rd floor to try open doors. woman also fighting in and outside of property. 3am ppl running.
