Breakfast was good. Nice variety each day.

It was very dirty in our room. Walls had stains and cobwebs, behind the toilet was cut out and not repainted. The bathroom was so dark it was hard to see anything when showering.

First, I want to say that I never write reviews like this. I'm not going into all of it, just the weirdest aspects. The establishment had an overwhelming smell of mothballs and maybe pine cleaner (?) that hits your nose as you walk in. The linens also had an odd smell, my husband and I couldn't quite place. The lighting in the main room, bathroom and hallway was oddly insufficient. They, I'm sure accidentally, picked up my headband off the bathroom counter and put it in their laundry. It was a pricey one which I purchased because it was made so well. When I asked for it I next morning, I was told it had been thrown away. No kind of compensation offered. Honestly, I felt grossed out the whole time. Lesson learned, I'll never commit to a no cancellation situation again.

Bathtub was not clean and when I reported it to front desk all he had to say was house keeping wasn't there and they were booked full. I reserved 2 rooms, we were put on 2 different floors and I was overcharged by $120 more than quoted price on booking.com.

Breakfast was very good.

There was no whirlpool by the pool.

This hotel is my favorite after a long transatlantic trip and arrival in Chicago, on my way to other destinations in the USA. Price/quality is excellent, rooms are large and clean with microwave and fridge. Personally I skip the breakfast as next door is a great family restaurant with excellent breakfast at a reasonable price.

Nothing, all good

The breakfast wasn't that great. The eggs were terrible . The coffee was terrible. The room wasn't comfortable to our satisfaction.

Random calls to my room at 2 a.m. , broken gym, dirty blanket, popcorn under chair, pool needed cleaning, also maintenance got call to our room by someone for no reason and The coffee came out like sludge

Friendly and polite staff. Easy check in. Room was really clean. Housekeepers were so friendly as well.

The bed was kinda hard but not to the point to were I didn't sleep well so still a 9 out of 10.
