The bed made a loud noise getting in and out like we where kicking the bottom of the metal that hold the bed up. Mattress was hard not comfortable. That all and in the bathroom tub mat was not clear it was badge, but we did use that so no big deal on that it was clean..

I stayed for 5 days with my family. I don't recommend it at all! Hotel only for sleeping one night. Old, holey towels, the beds makes a horrible noise every time we lie down, we move and in the early morning it wakes up everyone in the room due to a metal plate at the base of the bed. TV remote control doesn't work. I asked them to change it 3 times and the last time I gave up. When we arrived there was a lot of dirt on the carpet and it made me sick to wear socks or bare feet. There was even a used ketchup packet on the floor next to the bed! No early check in option. Tiny bathroom with no cover on the bathtub drain which allowed a horrible sewage odor coming from the bathtub! There isn't even a bottle of coffee or water at reception. It's hard for me to believe that it's a Wyndham hotel. Honestly, it was a disappointment.

Front Desk staff was fabulous. Room was a decent value for the price and was decently clean. It was very centrally located.

Room had a bit of an odor when we arrived. Housekeeping during our stay could have been better. We stayed for 5 days the sheets were never changed even though their policy says they are changed on the 3rd day. Daily housekeeping only included trash removal and fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper, shampoo and soap as they were not replenished by the housekeeper.

I was emailed that my request for a handicapped room was approved. When I got there no handicapped room was available. Our stay was horrible.

The price of course, I had just booked rooms a few days before at the other location on down the parkway. It was a different franchise I'm sure. Travel Lodge also, very convenient for work the next morning. We also walked the Island and enjoyed restaurants and events in the city..

When the aIr-conditioner was on or running it put out an odor that was a little musty or a slight mildew smell. And the carpet seemed older. I made the mistake by not paying attention to the address from the previous one i had earlier the week before..

Good location. The room was clean. Bed comfortable.

Instead of stairs,they were concrete ramps with paint globs for shoe grips. These can be slippery when its wet out. There was no phone in the room either. Front desk was not very informative on the phone. Didn't know if she was talking with me or them. Oh and bedframe was like a steel drum sit on it and it boomed under you.
