location , room comfortable and clean
they tried to talk me into a timeshare meeting during check in and wasted 45 mins on my checking in. the pool and hot tub were over run by children and families that seemed to be locals with some sort of pool membership , there were no adult only facilities and it was a bit crazy!

There was no breakfast served
There was cobwebs in the entryway and bathroom door. The room smelled old and musky. Definitely needs updated. The ceiling in bathroom looked like it had mold.

friendly staff, clean rooms and great views.
got there at 4:30 pm. checked in and got the keys, but when I opened my room the house keeper had just begun to clean our room. it wasn’t really for us.

The view and the suite was beautiful.
The harassment at check in about scheduling a presentation. We were tired from the drive and said no 4 times before my husband agreed just to be left alone and canceled later.

first room had flooding from toilet, the second room they gave me after a two hour wait, had mold in the bathroom. I kept the door closed to the bathroom so I wouldn’t be exposed to mold. Not very cool.

The property has some really great amenities, like the pools, sauna, putt-putt and fitness center.
it’s a time-share so they push you to do the sales pitch. also, our were really old and the mattress was extremely hard.

The location was nice. The pool was ok.
the property is very dated and the cost of the place does not match the quality. if I am paying $300 a night I would expect there to be too rate facilities and amenities. The room did not look any different than a motel 6.

Location in regards to Mt Bachelor is great. Staff are friendly and helpful however due to the ‘unique’ service at the property is set up aren’t given the tools they need to best serve customers.
We couldn’t get into our room. Multiple trips back to the office and finally after about 45 mins a maint person was sent. He even had trouble getting into our room. Was promised it’d be fixed the next morning. Next evening returned from our event and we still couldn’t get into our room. Again a couple trips to the office and then maintenance who had to spend almost 2 hours rebuilding the lock on our door. No offer for a different room, no offer for compensation, only an apology about the unique features of their property. Manager called, left a voicemail, tried calling him back a few times - nothing. This is the second time we’ve had a bad experience here and nothing. Last time we paid for a larger room than we received and just got a shrug of the shoulders at check in and then wasted hours of my life on the phone with Seventh Mtn and Extra Holidays to try and get money back since I paid for a one bedroom apartment and only received a hotel room. We will not stay again and will encourage other to find other accommodations as well.

I liked the location and the variety of things to do
I was disappointed that mt bachelor closed so early in the day (1:30).

$250/night for small room with a Murphy bed. Lame.
Restaurant menu was poor.

The grounds were nice.
Was not what was expected. It was a lower level unit. Dark, dingy unit. Since if was booked through booking.com the desk people would not do anything about the situation.

Murphy bed was not disclosed. Although very comfortable, had to pull it down/put it back every day as there were two very large overstuffed chairs against the closet the bed was in, and they had to be moved somewhere every day.
Unfortuneately there was nowhere to put the chairs when the bed was down, so the whole room was a mess of furniture.
Didn't know there would be a timeshare push before we got our room keys/wristbands.
If you deon't want to buy their timeshare, say NO at the very beginning of the check in process.

Location
At the price for a room, one might expect first class amenities and daily room service. The place has neither.
Also, at check-in, rather than being handed the keys, we got shunted into a 15 min sales pitch for their resort franchise first.

I love Bend in general. This property at one point was a 5 star type of place. It has let time take away some of the polish.
For the price I was taken back by the status of the room. Carpet had rips and I stepped on a tack carpet nail. The old coffee ground were still in the coffee maker in the room .

The location is great, the resort is well kept, the apartment was great.
I was told that the receipt will be emailed to me after the check out ( touch less, just leave the keys in the room) ,they never did, even though I asked for it 3 times. Every time they emailed me the link to survey. That's annoying.

The view, the grounds , the pond, the spacious room. Things were not quite opened up but we enjoyed it a lot.
The rooms could be more updated more with interior design

The pools were great! (My son especially loved the kiddie pool). Loved having two bathrooms and a kitchen. The view off the deck was also very nice.
No pulls on the cupboards and drawers, made it difficult to try and open. The couch was not comfortable to sit on, so I can’t imagine it being comfortable to sleep on. The complementary laundry service was great, but the dryer doesn’t work very well. Had to dry one load (normal size) three times. Also, the upstairs guest was really loud while walking around through the night. It sounded like the were walking with brinks on their feet. I’m not sure if it is wood floor’s up there or just one loud (insomniac) guest!

Good internet
No privacy or food

The grounds were beautiful, the people were very nice and friendly. There were a lot of amenities there but not able to use during our trip. Either because of weather or covid-19.
The room was a very much disappointment.
There were holes and tears in the couch and recliner. There was patchwork in the carpet.
There was Patchwork in the bathroom where the shower is towards the ceiling, not painted very well so stood out like a sore thumb. Had cheap rosin chairs on our patio compared to everybody else that look like they had very nice chairs.
And not to be too nitpicky but the paper towels were very cheap they didn't even tear properly at the perforation.
