Staff was nice enough, and the rooms were clean.

Nothing to complain about really, their waffle maker was out of order at breakfast but that's that happens.

The person who presented and maintained the breakfast area was exceptional. She ensured that the area was clean and constantly checked the availability and amount of food being served.

Our room had the "cool fan setting" on when we arrived. We did not change this and it ran all night. When we awoke the next morning, the line was frozen and there was a water leak on the floor. We reported this to the front desk. The person at the front desk put down a towel and said maintenance would take care of if later in the day. They did not and we did not run the system the second night. The towel was still there when we checked out. We approached the front desk in order to take care of a problem with the TV remote - it did not work. We had to go to the desk 4 times in order to get them to change the batteries in the original remote before the problem was resolved. Staff was disinterested - gave us 3 other remotes which did not even work on the TV in our room. When we left the room after the first night, staff came in, emptied the trash and provided fresh towels. They did not remake the bed. We did not expect them to change the sheets since we were staying a second day, but we did expect that they would make up the bed.

Not “right off highway”, but road was easy to access. Pool and fitness room was nice feature.

There were many areas of dry wall damage in the halls, and bathroom 211 Also, carpet looks old with apparent water damage. Need minor aesthetic makeover. Upholstered chair 211 needs steam-cleaning. It had a stain on seat.

no guide for tv, handle on bathroom sink wouldn't turn water off and it fell off so couldn't turn water on or off. hallways had a bad smell . difficult to get to because of highway. Noisy in morning do to interstate.

The staff was nice.

It's really nice on the outside... But once you get inside and to the stairs and into the room... There's so much "dirt". The room has stains on the floor, you can tell repairs have been done... Honestly it isn't worth the price paid for the room.

This was the best stay I had very clean staff nice pool was lil cold they say it’s warming pool but it was still great breakfast was good room was amazing
