Location and property is excellent.

The bed could be a little more comfortable. maybe a plush mattress.

The communication was great. I appreciated being greeted when we arrived.

No breakfast offered. Inn is very pretty, garden area very nice. Loved that it was so close to the beach. Very quaint, quiet and clean.

Great location, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, even if it rains you can set in front of your unit under a protective eave, and enjoy the natural foliage that surrounds you.

I ran out of hot water early before I finished my shower.

There was not any meal service. We had a small, full kitchen and it was great! We ordered pizza delivery one night and also went out to dinner one night by the ocean. There are numerous grocery stores close by;Publix, Whole foods and we enjoyed Einstein Bagels for breakfast. The property provides bicycles,beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The beach is a 5 minute walk away-so convenient. The bike path was a fun ride-all the way to he boardwalk area! It is a small, cozy spot, surrounded by greenery and the other guests were friendly, as was the staff. We ate outside at the property in the evening and you can utilize their grill too. It is quiet and charming, and we would return next year!

The decor and atmosphere appeals to me. It was smaller, which is fine for me. I don't like crowds.

No one was there to meet us. I had to call the phone number. No one answered on the first call. They did answer on the second call. We had to wait outside for 20 minutes before someone showed up to give us the keys.

Loved the location to the beach - 100 steps! Also the use of bikes daily was a great add-on and the garden and property in general is so cute with seating under the tiki huts.

Location is perfect, just 150 feet from the beach. Well kept, clean property.

Some difficulty collecting the keys as the door was not left unlocked as it was supposed to be. We spoke with the owner, who was very polite and apologetic, problem was miscommunication with staff. This is not a common occurrence and it was soon rectified.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and are in full contact the whole time. This a very small and private owned hotel, but the place is clean, the location is unbeatable if you want access to the beach and has parking space. Totally recommended. The room is not a room, is a small apartment. Maybe going with kids might not be the best option for everybody, but as a couple I would recommend it.

It’s not walking distance of almost anything, but that’s actually a good for me.

The location was great. Steps from the beach. Location is far from the boardwalk, so a car is needed. No restaurants or bars close. However, if peace and quiet are what you are looking for: you have the right location.

If you are looking for luxurious accommodations or a 4 star resort....this is not the place for you. However, if you want a clean room in a quiet location at a reasonable price, near the beach: this is the place for you.

Free bikes, books, DVDs, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more during your stay. Kitchen utensils, free essentials, and they let you use the computer. You have a personal parking space and all. The beach is not even a walk away its a blink away and it's almost empty like its a private beach!!! Love the location!!!!

The bathroom door wasn't a door haha it was like cabinet doors to a pantry and I didn't really have privacy in the bathroom. Other than that this waw the best hotel I ever booked.

The location was amazing, accommodations were amazing. Very clean and area was quiet. We appreciated the bikes to ride down to the boardwalk and the beach chairs for use!
