The water pressure was great! The view was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The price point was right.

The bed was FIRM! I stayed several days so I got used to it after a couple of nights. Not a dealbreaker, I’ll stay again in the future.

Due to my schedule changing, I was only needing the room at the Relax Inn for just a few hours. Upon check-in, I was asked for my drivers license and a card for the "$40 non-refundable deposit". I explained that I would only be there a few hours. The clerk, who was not very pleasant, stated that there would still be a $40 non-refundable deposit. This, along with the clerk's attitude, left me no other choice but to find another option. Then come to find, my Booking.com reservation was non-refundable, which was not stated during the process of booking the room. I am in the process of challenging this non-refundable reservation with Booking.com and they are reviewing it. I stay in 100+ hotels a year, and never have I had any of them require a non-refundable deposit. I also am not sure, due to their non-refundable policy, if I will ever use Booking.com again, especially if they don't make this right. I did receive an email that I was being refunded $2.20, but that isn't really going to cut it...

The rooms were very clean. Could have used a few more towels and blankets/pillows.

The bathroom was bit of a tight fit.

tv didn’t work, holes in the wall, very uncomfortable beds and bleach stained bedding that was itchy and uncomfortable.

Actually I didn't eat breakfast there since I don't drink coffee and prefer something other than sweet rolls/pastries. The bed was very comfortable once I got in - it was quite high!! Plenty of hanging space/storage space

The bathroom fan BROUGHT IN cigarette smoke instead of taking out normal bathroom odors. The toilet was extremely low and difficult for me to use. No list of available TV channels was provided.

The property looked a bit off from the outside. Property name wasn't readily visible, however the room more than made up for the outside appearance. Carpet looked newly renovated. Overall the room cleanliness was good for the price. Check In was fast and Ms.Monica (?!) at the check in was very pleasant and nice. Water pressure was excellent. Room had a Fridge & a Microwave unit. Simple Breakfast with ready to go pastries and coffee. Location was good and quiet. Parking was well lit.

The Room heater gave a weird smell so we ended up not using it. There was a small stain on the comforter but nothing too bad. There was a $40 Deposit which wasnt mentioned on Booking.com and it was promptly returned on Check out. This part is more on Booking.com. Would have been better to know during the booking process.

Close to everything, the staff was amazing!

The room was clean and parking was simple.

The beds were tiny, they were hard, the pillows were flat as a pancake, the bathroom shower head sprayed water everywhere except in the shower, there was no water pressure, there was no stopper in the bathtub for children to take a bath, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom had a lot of water damage, and and it was not worth the money that was paid.
