Location and cold AC
Dirty floor, room was stuffy on arrival and stank, no elevator, fridge was unplugged, banister was loose on stairs.

The main positive was that I made a mistake in booking - picked a room with one king bed instead of two doubles - and the manager made a room change without an extra charge. He wasn't super friendly or nice, but he was accommodating. The beds and pillows were pretty good.
This is a pretty extensive list. The facility is really old with threadbare carpet and some waves in the floors. There were a lot of problems - the TV didn't work, the toilet flushed so slow that I worried every time someone used it, the smoke alar was beeping (nearly dead battery) and was in a drawer, the safety latch on the door was half torn off, and the carpet had bits of stuff (grass, etc) so it obviously hadn't been vacuumed lately. The doors at either end of the building had signs not to use them, but they were both open so that anyone could enter. One of our beds didn't have a blanket on it - just a sheet and bedspread. The manager wasn't very friendly and there was another couple complaining that their room door was open when they returned after being out. There was no breakfast whatsoever. While it's a fair value for the money considering how expensive hotels are becoming, we wouldn't stay here again.

Room was supposed be non smoking smelled like smoke. The toilet wouldn't flush, water turned off. Rooms air had to be plugged in to work. Fixture cover barely hanging on. Just disappointing for the price we paid.

The room was warm.
The laby at the counter was a little rude and I did not get the room that I had ordered but I was too tired to even complain. The mini fridge was not plugged in the alarm clock was not plugged in I lights flickered and my floor was not vacuumed nor was the bathroom floor mopped both floors were dirty it was gross

The male receptionist was rude. Rooms need serious renovation. dirty. poor pillows. bad restroom.

There was no breakfast even though it stated there was one, ot coffee or tea.
The smoke alarm was turned iff the wall, the toilet too was broken and fixed with a piece of masking tape. The carowts were disgusting. The desk person was not very good.

The hotel was not clean. They had old fridges and microwaves in the hallway at the end. One room the door had not been repaired from the secondary lock that was broke off. Wood was still broke off and no secondary lock to use. My Father in laws bed had blooded sheets on the bed. He had to get new ones. The microwave door was falling off. The fridge was so noisy he had to unplug it. Not a good stay. I didn't know about the father in laws room till the next day. I would have left and went to another place. Very bad experience.

First off, the man who checked me in was very rude. Asked him about how much was taxes bc when he swiped my card it went thru as 190.78. From a 160.00 charge. Got to the room and found bullet holes in the walls the bathroom was NASTY. I had to go and buy cleaning supplies to clean myself bc no one was available at the front desk after I checked in. The sheets on the bed were nasty. I had to purchase sheets and comforters for the bed. The refrigerator had a bad smell that could not be cleaned. There was food under the bed and in the microwave. The pictures that were on the site was nothing compared to what I got and I feel as if I was overcharged. It was just an outright DISGRACE

The air worked a Lil too well.
The fridge didn't work and the toilet didn't flush. They gave me one styro foam cup to drink from. The sheets were dirty and the blanket was dirty. I refused to sleep under the covers cause I was scared of what was in the bed. I had to change rooms and the second one a little better but not by much. The place is old and there is no elevator but the hotel has upstairs rooms. I had to drag my heavy luggage up the stairs smh. It's not worth the money

There is no coffee pot in room. I got coffee with added water in the lobby. When I dumped my cup in the sink, it had large particles of something in it. I have had to get something for diarrhea. I drank it about 45 minutes ago. Bed was clean, AC worked and if you plugged them in microwave & refrigerator worked. Bathtub and commode were dirty. Everything was dusty. Man that checked me in was efficient and pleasant. So I don't believe I would recommend or stay again. When I got to my vehicle today, there was a used condom on the ground by my drivers door.

The room was very stuffy, there was no breakfast served even though it’s advertised, the man at the desk was kindof rude. I won’t stay here again.

The facilities appeared clean and up to date. They were in good repair and as expected for the price.
Staff was not very available. I had to go looking for the staff. It seemed strange that no other guests were there for a while, though some came later. All the rooms had doors open. I first found a cleaning staff member who did not speak English well but was able to get the desk person for me. The desk person was neither friendly nor available/easy to locate. We also did not feel safe due to people walking around outside who did not seem to be there for good reasons. One such person came in, walked to the hotel and may have checked in, though did not appear to have a car. The next morning the desk person was nowhere to be found and I eventually found a note saying to leave the key on the desk to check out.
