beach being so close. hotel close to everything.

If the restaurant was open. Construction vehicles took up so many parking places I had to park at restaurant next door.

The bed was comfortable. It was close to the beach.

Didn’t have water from 8PM Monday until about 11 AM Tu. No communication from the hotel. Would not offer free bottle water ….

Very convenient location. Great view of the beach. Great place to spend time and do activities.

The first two days at the motel they didn't have any water so we could not shower. On the second day the water came on around 1:00. They did not compensate us any whatsoever. Shower needed to be cleaned better. The edges in the shower were dirty.

Smoke detector was nonfunctional and the strike plate on the door was completely missing. Water was cut off from 8 p.m. until next morning and there was still no hot water or water pressure in the shower through the following night.

Close to beach

Ice machines broke. Coffee bar always out. Never gave my family enough towels. Stove knob was broke. Phone in room wouldn’t let me call front desk.

What was shown as an oceanfront was actually a view of a construction site , was moved to a room marginally better

Loved the set up for our family of 3 plus a dog. Quintessential beach hotel, unfussy. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, Dove bath products. We had plenty of space and privacy. We are looking forward to visiting again when the new restaurant is finished. The breakfast buffet was good value combined with the stay and we were given vouchers for free kids meals for the entire stay.

Great location. However the listing was not clear as far as I could tell that it had an adjoining room. But it was a great stay and experience. The room was clean and had no odors. Bathroom was clean. It was a short walk from the room to the beach.

Location and staff

Our rooms ac kept throwing an error code and would cut off and on every 10 minutes or so. The noise was loud and would jolt you out of sleep every time it cut on. I shared this concern with the staff at checkout.

Location was great, hotel was very nice and was exactly what my wife and I were looking for

Short turnaround time, checked in at 4pm and check out time the next morning was at 11am, would be nice to have a little more time

Way too expensive, especially to have a view of the parking lot. Little room. Cleanliness has declined since past stays. Outside furniture is looking old and dirty. Trash under the furniture at the pool area which can be seen while in the pool. I'm in the motel business, so I have an eye for these type things. Wouldn't say it's a resort except the prices are that of a resort. It's just a mediocre motel that's by the beach.

It was old and outdated. We had a problem with our toilet within the first hour of being there. When maintenance “fixed” it, the toilet started leaking onto the floor pretty good. The hotel also had a weird smell the entire time and super thing floors and walls.

Wonderful pet friendly ocean front hotel, one of my favorite places I’ve stayed, so much we opted to stay another night because we did not want to leave. Had a minor issue with our room the first night but they happily moved us the next day.

The pool side bar was not open at all, the hotel was under going renovations. They need to tune up their bike rentals.

Beach was beautiful, pool was nice. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

Room was disappointing. Dark and dingy. Bathroom wasn't super clean.

Bath Tub is an accident waiting to happen as extremely slippery in shower and my elderly mother was unable to shower due to the high risk of falling!!

The room we had was right near the walkway to the Beach. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice. The landscaping was done. They must be finished with renovations because it looks very nice there despite the bad reviews I read about it being run down.

The air conditioner didn’t seem to work as well at night but was very cold during the hot day which was unusually backwards, but the AC did work ! The toilet had a problem flushing once or twice.

The location and it being only 2 floors.

Rooms needed to be updated. The desk in my room was nasty- looked like the lamp bases had deteriorated and was falling a part leaving a nasty black mess around it. I cleaned it up, but the lamp needs replacing.

It was a little run down. The pictures made it look like a bit nicer of a facility. But it was a pleasant stay

The pool was a little run down. The bar has limited food...not like the Internet pictures would have you believe and the drinks were expensive and underpoured.
