Front desk staff were outstanding, and the breakfast included was hearty even for a gluten-free vegan (sauteed veggies and potatoes). Bathrooms were outdated with clunky showers – I moved from one room only to find the next shower only a slight improvement. The first room had a nicer layout (King bed), but the second room (two queen beds) had a view of some trees and easy access to the Greenbelt river path. Live music was going on often in different parts of the complex – some people were out enjoying it, but I would’ve preferred a quieter stay. Housekeeping was noisy in the hallways, and one day I could smell the cleaning materials coming from the room next door. There’s an outdoor pool, plus another pool indoors near the fitness facility, so I could see those being bonuses for some people. This hotel might appeal most to families and people who enjoy a more bustling atmosphere.

Hotel location is on the river and is peaceful. Has restaurants and music if looking for more activity.

Dog area needs to be cleaned better. Price is a little high.

The customized omelets were a highlight. The indoor pool and splash pad were also perfect for my toddler girls. I wish I had time to check out the outdoor pool! Everything was very clean and walking through the hotel felt like walking through an art museum; it was beautiful.

Really nice location, rooms were good

I was staying at the property for a colonoscopy I was having on Monday so a functional bathroom was a must. Toilet broke and we had to switch rooms. We went from a king bed, jacuzzi tub, living room, to a tiny queen room with two beds. It was upsetting to say the least. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a little of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding.

The pillows could use more cushion and the sheets could be soft.
