The room and location

Dirty stairways, smell of marijuana, no carpet in the room which was probably necessary because of clients spilling stuff, need more pillows

The bathroom was a decent size.

There was no breakfast served. There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets/blanket of a Non-Smoking room. The decor and layout was extremely outdated.

It was close to home

I had a non-smoking room and there was a significant weed smell in my room

The room had bedbugs. Room 308 Then I had the unfortunate happen and my car didn’t start in the morning. I asked the staff at the desk and he said when he gets relieved his shift. I waited for an half hour in my car and when I went back in he was gone. The new staff said he didn’t have a car but I watched him pull up in his car. I ended up having to stay an extra day in another room. Which they made me wait until exactly 3pm to check in . Worst experience in a hotel by far .

Bed bugs room 308. Get it under control. Staff was horrible and unhelpful

the location was ok. the lighting in the room was good.

At first, the room looked tidy, but the bed mattress was uncomfortable, the only table was too tiny, and the walls were too thin. It was supposed to be the non-smoking room, but the comforter had some cigarette burnt holes. I think there were bed bugs. I started feeling itchy here and there once I got into the bed! The only table in the room was too small to do my work. I could only place my laptop and not much more space for anything else... Some of the guests staying near my room were extremely and unacceptably noisy. Even after the midnight, I heard all kind of noises like unnecessarily loud TV volume, conversations, music, making love sound, and "shouting"! I stayed other motels, but this place - the walls were paper thin! Horrible! Overall, I couldn't rest well at all. I will never come back again.
