The motel/rooms were clean and checking in/out was fast and easy

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable at all

The curved shower curtain rod was loose in its mounts causing the shower curtain to sag and not seal against the wall.

well the jacuzzi tub did not work and we stayed 2 days it was disappointing spend extra money for just that reason for the tub and didn’t work 😞

I make the reservation and paid almost a week in advance. Room only had one set of towels for 1 person alone. Main desk staff refused to give me another set of towels. According to the staff lady, room had 2 sets but it did not! My partner and my self had to clean our self with same towels. Mattress on bed was so used/old and worn out that was completely uncomfortable to sleep on it My gas was stolen, My vehicle gas tank was drained over nigh to empty. Even with cameras right in front of the vehicle I ACTUALLY HAD TO CHECK OUT A DAY EARLIER BECAUSE THEY STOLE MY GAS AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT

Location is great close a gas station and grocery store. Room space very good. It is very clean. We requested a frist floor and the staff assigned it for us.

Location, far away from everything. Roaches in the room. Bed was with hair on it. Stains on bed. I left a roach in the center table. Just a bad experience! I’m not gonna rent that hotel again.

Parking was a bit cramped....some guests were parked sideways in a way that took up multiple parking spots.

Everything was clean and safe.

Housekeeping people didn't make the bed and didn't pick up wet towels.

Fear for your life

The location, numerous people going in and out and about, someone open the door to our room in the middle of the night. Called management they hung up on me. Not worth any amount of savings when you are in fear the whole time.
