Location and cleanliness

Hotel was unable to process our credit card due to server issues but insisted that our cc had been declined. We called our cc and was told that it was the merchant’s problem not ours.

Being told in an email, we where a no show

Centrally-located to everything. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, very quiet and good water pressure. Great selection of television stations. The couple that run the motel were both nice and very personable.

Heating unit a bit temperamental. . . didn’t heat the room that well. Made toast for breakfast and the jelly packets were completely stale, hard and unusable. Coffee and orange juice were good, though.

it had a smell to it and it was dated

The air conditioner unit. It was either too hot or too cold in the room couldn't get a good steady temperature

Internet would not connect and the breakfast was cold and very bad

The bathroom was was had trash from previous tenants behind the door and the floor hadn’t been swept.

Convenience and friendly staff.

The breakfast needed improvement. It seemed like it had "been there for awhile. We hardly ate anything , and picked up stuff at a convenience store.

Location to Citizens Medical Center was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was good. Price was low and helpful to a budget.

Even though room was non-smoking , smelled of stale cigarettes. Bed was small and worn, lumpy and soft Recliner was worn as well.

Easy check out. Easy access to our room.

Bedding had stains. Carpet in hallway seemed worn and dirty

This hotel is so clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room with a King bed. It had a jetted tub and so much space. It was a wonderful room- very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend this as a stop on the way to or from Colorado.

The water from the water supply in the bathroom had chunks of something black in it...very disconcerting.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Everyone was so kind!!

When we walked into the lobby of our room building, in the back, immediately you could smell water damage. It didn't smell moldy, but you could tell there had been carpet damage. It was very musty smelling, but you couldn't see where the damage was before.
