Clean room and friendly service. Great location. Simple facilities. They installed spc flooring and no carpet which is more clean and comfortable. Enough parking space.

We got 2 beds to accomodate 4 of us and the bed are too small. Basic breakfast with cereals and oatmeals. The breakfast area in front the receptionist area is too limited. Room no soundproof can hear noise coming from upstairs.

Originally gave me the worst room in hotel Right next to front desk And breakfast area. I asked to be trained to a room upstairs and quiet

Flies in my room. A room was adjoining my room which no one mentioned. Fridge & AC were very noisy.

I like how the front desk agent Brandi is ALWAYS so accommodating to all my family's needs. She always goes above and beyond for my family and I. We greatly appreciate everything she has done for us and continues to do. We have extended stays and points she got us we didn't even know we had for free nights!! Thank you Brandi your a life savor!

I loved the location as it is very close to both my sisters; one in Middletown, DE and the other in Baltimore. My room was perfect as it was on the first floor and I have sometime have problems with stairs. Thank you Ms. Brandi for keeping me on the lower level.

1-Online the only rooms advertised were King bed only and there other rooms available. 2-Prior to check-in, Ms. Brandi contacted me and made me aware there was a AC issue with the room I reserved. Upon my arrival, Ms. Brandi and her general manager (Mr. Bhatti) swiftly worked to relocate myself and special needs child to a suitable room after driving 10plus hours. If I can rate them both will all the stars in outer space I would.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles would be nice addition.

Nothing. The location near the interstate highway and proximity to good dining establishments were positive factors.

Please get more handicapped parking. There's only one spot! I was in severe pain having driven 12 hours. No HC spit and had to use stairs to get into lobby. Painful and dangerous
