Nice pool area, room was clean, be was comfortable

Room a little run down, but suited our purpose for one night. Odd balcony affair, just a room door with a square balcony outside!

We stayed here for the last 3 years for our yearly family vacation. As a matter of fact we get the same room every time, King smoking room # 109. We are always treated royally. Our stay with this hotel is the best, cant beat the price, the room is huge, the bed is very comfortable. We will be back next year...

Refrigerator and AC worked and our car wasn't broken into so that was a plus.

Pulled into the parking lot and thought it was a bit sketchy. Was sent to a room someone's kids were already in. There was no mention about an additional charge $50 for our dog which is half the price of the room and not a deposit, a charge. This place was a rip off the women at the front desk wasn't friendly she seemed annoyed with me that she gave us a room with kids in it. Had we known when we booked that we had to pay that much extra for the dog we definitely would have gone elsewhere but it was booked online and non refundable so we were stuck. Boyfriend and I were both exhausted the next day neither of us slept good on the beds and I got hives on my neck that night went to car for my pillow...maybe body didn't agree with detergent they use (not there fault) I hate leaving bad reviews but I would not stay here again.

The staff was kind friendly. The pool was a delightful and refreshing to have available.

The location was fantastic because I could walk to go out for drinks downtown at night, yet it as quiet. The room was not fancy but was pretty well maintained, clean and comfortable. Even the carpet was fairly clean (when I walked around in my socks or barefoot). The internet worked well too.

I really would have liked more electrical outlets for electronics, especially by the bed. The few existing open outlets in the room were completely worn and plugs wouldn't stay plugged in.

The room was big and comfortable

The location is central to Lake Havasu and the amenities within walking distance are perfect, 1 to 2 min walks. (food, shopping, entertainment). The building is made of brick and you can't hear any neighbors. We usually use the upstair rooms and the view from the balcony is amazing. The staff is super friendly and there's plenty of parking. we stay here every time were in town for fun or work.

Add a coffee vending machine to the front office, you will make a bundle.
