Parking and location good

Waiting to long for room to be cleaned. They could have all least offered to pay for our beverage at the bar while we waited almost one hour

Breakfast was good, good selection.

TV had scattered picture, freezing pixels, would change channels randomly. Schudle was not operating when our plane landed, had to find cab.

After switching rooms, it was clean.

First room smelled like cigarettes (but I was given a room change)

Location was very close to airport. Restaurant and shopping was within close proximity which was nice. Indoor pool was nice to have available since it was chilly outside. Parking was plentiful. Would definitely recommend. Staff was awesome from check in to shuttle ride to airport.

Some of the towels had yellow stains on them but staff replaced when requested.

Handicapped room as requested. Room ready upon arrival.

Bar and food service not available the evening of arrival. We’re told the staff member manning the bar and food had been taken to the emergency room

Great place by the Airport! Very clean & super quiet. Nice little bar/restaurant inside. Enjoyed the spa tub room. Great value, would stay again. Thank you!

The location, bed was comfy, shower was nice.

I requested to be picked up at the car rental facility at KC airport. I waited 25 min after calling and then called again. I was told that the hotel shuttle could not pick me up there and I had to taking the parking bus back to the airport and walk to the shuttle drop off and pick up point in front of the airport. I have a bad knee and walked more than I should have. in addition I could have fallen and hurt myself. I was finally taken by shuffle back to the hotel and when I arrived had a discussion with the desk clerk who then told me that it was a misunderstanding and apologized. in my opinion he should have communicated better and there was no excuse for this inconvenience.

Loved that they had park and fly! It was a nice bonus that they provided breakfast at 5 am for us early travelers!

The bed was a little hard

The breakfast worker was thorough and on point. They never get the credit they deserve and she was doing a lot by herself. There was a mixup with the having already paid and an assumption was made instead of first asking fro confirmation email that it was paid but resolved quickly after shown.

The towels that were visibly stained weren't removed from circulation. Had to go get clean towels.

nice clean lobby and room. little bar/restaurant area so able to get dinner without having to go out again.

was supposed to have grab and go breakfast available early for those with early flight and was told if not setting at desk to just ask. myself and another person waited about 10 minutes and no one at front desk nor answered the bell. couldn’t continue to wait.

Is a nice place to stay ,is close to the airport that’s the best part , the staff is very friendly, I recommended this place .
